same here, now that I know castra is coming relatively soon in comparison to other systems I've become quite interested in cascom especially if I can build a base there. Something on a mountain top or in a valley would be beautiful.

I would be interested in the Kylian system, or possibly in the lost system, the one where the only jumpgate collapsed and trapped all the people inside. I forgot the name but it would be interesting to cover it

I'm still thinking that Bremen will be the next system after Nyx. Bremen would offer an opportunity for bulk freight in the form of food supplies for crowded systems like Stanton. Which would time itself well with the release of the larger Hull series of ships. Bremen is also the home of Consolidated Outlands headquarters so it would still be an opportunity to add another physicalized location for a major manufacturer to the game. Bremen also has the Bremen Defense force militia so the system would be a fairly safe system to cap off the opposite side of Pyro lawlessness and would offer more challenging AI opponents for those game enough to test their metal. We have seen in the last couple years CIG working on interactive vegetation in the form of wheatgrass which could be a sign that Agri worlds could be coming sooner rather than later. Either way though Castra's Sherman is going to be one of those places every player is going to have to go see at least once.
If I' not mistaken, at the beginning of 2021 CIG (possibly Jared?) hinted at them starting preliminary work on a 4th system, and _IIRC_ the only 2 systems that could fit the given description were Magnus and Castra

@@gian.4388 you could be right. But development is also in a constant state of change also. Bremen just makes the most sense for me for both gameplay elements and the current publicly available state of development.

Paul, I really love these videos, they truly get me excited for the future of the Star Citizen Universe. To help build the lore I wonder if anyone has thought of a simple RTS game? Based on lore it could build out the universe and adapt as development continues.
CIG could do it if they wanted, but hopefully we see them nail the games they are making now before that.

Definitely second Magnus as the next system survey. That is in the running for next system after Nyx imo, and is home to drake interplanetary. Definitely one to keep an eye on.
I love the look of locations yet to be placed on the roadmap.
Castra confirmed today as the 4th system! Hopefully, we'll get it by the end of 2025, but who knows.

Nice work Paul, love the new series. Definitely want to visit Castra when it's in game if turns out anything like the artwork. I also really hope CIG starts to flesh out the Kruger brand a little more and expand their ship range. I would love to see the System Survey head to Magnus or Bremen next.

In all seriousness though, Castra is a very appealing system for me to live in because of it's proximity to Nyx and it's heavily defended city/ies. Can't wait for it
IMO It's time for Kruger to make its first med fighter and perhaps a med freight W/long distance in mind later down the spacelane.

I want Sherman to be my main place of residence in SC. It's just beautiful enough while not being a tourist attraction. Nice, pretty, low profile place to be.

What made you form the opinion that Castra would be next after Nyx?
It's complicated but factors like concept art (Sherman has like 4-5 images which makes it the most documented landing zone after Terra Prime, Levski, and the Stanton landing zones.), progress tracker, and deductive reasoning (has multiple architectural styles so they could use it to build a base from, and it is only 2 planets so it's simple for instance).

I think Castra will be my new home base in Star Citizen when it is available.
I like Kruger Intergalactic. They are the little guy that makes great things. Sherman also sounds like it will be an awesome sight to see.

This is why lore matters with this game. It is often the first stage when developers think of something new. They come up with something and the writers then try to make it work in the universe's lore.

. According to the leaked 1.0 plan, Castra is ACTUALLY comming after Nyx, so great prediction there. Followed by Terra , these 5 Systems will be the ones releaseng with Star Citizen 1.0 (eventually)
Been calling it for years, mostly because they have a TON of concept art work for Sherman and Castra.

Played hours and hours…..and hours of this game. It’s massively under optimised but equally brilliant however, you’ll sink hours and hours in only to have them wipe servers and yep, all your progress along with it even after promising persistent game play for years. It’s all made even worse because it’s such a good game. I wouldn’t touch it until it’s finished….if ever😂 11 years so far and still making a shed load of money!
