Ever since Coach Prime was hired as head coach, I've immersed myself with everything Colorado. I've watched every Buffaloes game so far this year. I normally watch some college football. But this year has been different, because of all the buzz the Buffs have created. Having said all that, expectations should be tempered to some degree. Because of the newness of the personnel and players this year. Like you said, we don't know the identity of the team. The next few years will tell us a lot about this football program.

Coach Prime spoke with the team about coming out at the beginning of the game and dominate- they did. However, when they plugged one leak, another one started. Praying for their success through the problems just the same!!!❤️🙏🏽👀🏈

Number 23 yelling and talking back to Coach Prime was unacceptable. I don’t give a darn why he yelled at him it was unacceptable. I hope he loses playing time. That attitude is toxic.

Team loss from a team who has exceeded our expectations..Brand new team..Coaching staff been together less than a year..They brought in players but also had to fill in holes..4-3 with no foundation from last year everything will be fine..I think most of us saw stuff like this happening let's hope they can bring in needs and not just people to fill out roster in short time..

It was a self-inflicted loss, an embarrassing loss, a consequential loss; but one loss; one game.
It revealed an attitude problem, a defense structural problem, and a personnel problem.
Analyze and resolve the problems with the available resources, and move forward to consistently perform at a high level. This is how an effective leader reacts and responds to organizational challenges.

Complacency begin to occur with a little over 2-minutes left in the 1st half. Colorado took their foot off the gas pedal, and didn't execute the 2-minute drill, and try to put up another TD before the half ended.
I saw it; Coach Prime said in the post-game press conference that he saw it. Yet, he didn't immediately intervene and order that their 2-minute drill be executed.
You play to win; it is a flawed posture in any competitive sport to start playing "not to lose."

The OC is his own worst enemy. You were up 29 pounts, the o-line is blocking pretty decent, and Ailton showed he is RB #1. Run the ball! Use double tight or another RB to block (Wilkerson) with two RBs in the backfield.
There has to be continuity with the player personnel and rotate players based on packages or situations. A stench of favoritism (particularly at corner) is starting to show itself.

The loss was the best thing that ever happened to Colorado. They love playing down to the talent. They love being undiscipline being ranked dead last with 69 penalties. The goal is always individual stats versus team win. There is no more Heisman talks to pat stats.

There is turmoil in the locker room. Players are doubting each other and the coaches. Coaches have no clue who to play and when... When Alton was playing we lead by 29 points. He does not play anymore we lose lead.
A team puts 11 players on the field at a time and no 1 player is greater than the team. Each player has their own responsibilities that they must complete in order to win. Alton had a total of 6 carries for a total of 23 yards (less than 4 yards per carry) before he got pulled. He got pulled because he committed back to back penalties after being beat by his man both times causing CO to lose 30 yards in the process. He was replaced by Hankerson.
The defense did NOT play in

Great deep dive guys! I agree with all the other comments but really think a lot of these guys were not playing at their previous schools? We have multiple guys that have not made any impact at all so far this season! Coaching is a major concern!!! A poor attitude showed its face!!!

I'm not privy to what's happening behind the scenes, but I wonder why there is such a schizophrenic approach to the running game. Alton McCaskill was bringing it against Stanford, then he was taken out of the game, and then they proceeded to use Dylan, the smallest back in the Running Back room to run it up the middle. Colorado cannot win without a running game and of course the coaching staff knows this.
Coach Prime has to clean up some things with WOM, too much joking during practices and games, need to show the public some respect and play the cut, radio version of their music instead of the raw, graphic uncut versions they play. They need to stay with what’s working, and stop changing personnel so much! Why pull McKaskil after he forced the issue with Stanford’s defense, that never stopped him for getting almost five yards a pop. All great running backs will tell you, they don’t really get going until they’ve touched the bell 12-15 times.
The coaching, has been very suspect!

No mention about the terrible officiating. These referees are not allowing these young men to play the game they.should be some sort of accountability to those professionals as well!!! Unnecessary punishment for celebration affines Colorado wtf it was excessive in my opinion

Coach Prime is the issue. Let me explain, he plays favorites with his line-ups and too many of his better players don't get consistent playing time (Juju, McCaskill, Gant, Cormani, O Miller etc.) and mostly stay on the bench. Secondly, he rarely makes quality in-game adjustments. On offense the OC is trying to pad Shedeur's stats, that's why they don't stick with the run game. McCaskill was doing his thing in the 1st half and they went away from him in the 2nd half. The OC is trash most of the time tbh. Also, Travis Hunter had no business playing so many snaps coming off injury. DC left him and trash azz Stoutmire on an island all night getting burnt. Cooper has been their best corner all year and because he slipped on a play he gets benched? Prime has to stop benching his guys. If anybody deserved to be benched it was Stoutmire and Hunter especially after that BS personal foul that kept the drive alive and led to a Stanford score. There is a double standard with Prime's players and trust me, he will lose that locker room if it continues. Keep the damn cameras away from the team for a while and focus on executing. I could go on and about the bad 4th down plays that led to Stanford getting short fields and getting back into the game. That's also on Prime. Charles Kelly never double teamed #13 for Stanford or changed up the coverage. OC Sean Lewis should have ran the ball more in 2nd half. There is so much going on in Boulder that needs to change. It's about playing good football for 4 quarters at the end of the day, and this is currently not happening under Coach Prime. How many times did they have 12 man on the field dawg? How many dumb penalties? What about the Travis Hunter personal foul that led to a Stanford scoring drive! Coach Prime dissed the team in the post game press-conference taking no dam accountablity. That 2nd half against Stanford was the worst coaching job I've every seen. Coach Prime, Charles Kelly, and Sean Lewis are all in for a gauntlet the rest of the way in the Pac-12. There are no wins in sight. And this is coming from a bandwagon Buff fan. This is turning into a complete shit show and it needs to be fixed now! Oh and one more thing, you can't tell me that trash ass 3 star Stoutmire is better than 5 star Cormani McClain bro! Nugga was talking shit to Prime on the bench. I'm out
