Recently we visited an Unexplored place of Meghalaya which was MAWPHANLUR.
Mawphanlur is a small village located in Mawthadraishan Block of West Khasi Hills district located at around 75 km away from capital city shillong .You Can easily Go there by Car.Shillong-Nongstoin-Tura Highway is a pleasure to drive on. The highway is in excellent condition.Nongstoin is the nearest statutory town of the village Mawphanlur, which is 25 kilometres away from the village.
We traveled in the month of March from Guwahati. Traveller's nest & Drenlyna accomodation available there. So you need to book it prior. The cost for one room per night is 2500 rs. One room can be shared easily among 3-4 people.This place is best to get away from your busy life and relax with your family and friends & it is less expolred place & less crowd also, You can go there, relax and spend some quality time .

Jio & Airtel had worked there..but network thoda Kam milta hain .but it will worked.
