I was at the 88Rising festival last year and I saw Joji performing live and I gotta say he sounds good live. I wished that I could make it this year but next year I'll be there again.
FBDOFFICIALTV unpopular opinion: first time was better imo since it felt like a lot of people went to see 88rising as a whole and this time it was about individuals. I mean of course a lot of people last year went for Rich Brian and Joji but this year it felt like it wasn’t an 88rising concert, more like Rich Brian, Joji, and that dude that didn’t make it (sorry for not knowing who that was).
August is such a talent. Not a fan of live music in these genres but I hope in the future these artists make it enough to hv live bands as to not kill the whole reason of live music.
I listened to Rich Brian before he changed his name and when he only made a song for somewhat meme and Joji when he made YEAH RIGHT; Now they’re rocking concerts with encores and making some of the greatest music I’ve heard in a long time. We may have lost X and Juice, but 88Rising is giving us quality content and giving Asians a real name
I can't wait for the tour to comeback even tho i have 0 chances of seeing them live, All i can do is to wait for the announcements and uploads haha! Looking forward for the new normal tour!!! WE MISS U 88RISING!
