This is so bizarre, the closest thing I can think of off the top of my head is the legendary _Karnov's Revenge_ . The fact that you can create a baseball bat from ki energy is pretty amazing, and at least a few of the fighters look like they're convicted criminals out for blood.
This game has a really weird characters design. Uninspired at worst, goofy at best. Some nice graphics effects here and there, still. Thx for sharing !
