Dave constructed most roads in the state, built the mall, completed the internation market and the centernary city but workers and pensioners where not happy with him and he misuse funds for project not necessary while under elechi, workers where happy as they where paid well and he did some jobs to boost economic activities in the state.Both did well and tried their best in their capacity but I only have issues with Dave wen it comes to the numerous fly over built around the state
