Sweet Baboo, Cate le Bon are pretty nice . H hawkline not bad...and of course Gryff Rhys if you are into any further happy bands don't have to be Welsh! Please feel free as I listen to loads then think I bore myself with over playing then start looking again.. happy hols for the end if year!
@@martinomalley1789 Why thank you sir, always a pleasure to encounter a person of discernment! My love for Gorky's originated with Game of Eyes and the album Bwd Time,I have loved them ever since.Cate Le Bon I also love.Of course the best song on the Jonny album is the one sung by Euros called English Lady, such a thing of fragile, tremulous beauty.I also have a thing for Scottish janglepop.Have you heard the Canadian band Alvvays? They have a real Camera Obscura/Shop Assistants vibe.God bless you!
@@tintomara6209 They were a lovely find and got to see Alvvays in Leeds a couple of years ago. I'm obsessed with Camera Obscure and anything Traceyanne Campbell gets involved with. She did a lovely tune with Whyte Horses...which id recommended if you haven't tried them out yet. They had a lovely album out 2018 called Empty words. ...that and the strokes new album have caught my ear recently.
@@martinomalley1789 Love Camera Obscura too.Best gig of my life was seeing them at a pre tour warm up gig showcasing material for My Maudlin Career. The hall was mostly empty, which somehow made it more special lol. Will most certainly check out Whyte Horses.I am also loving Weyes Blood and Emma Pollock's solo work at the moment.Peace.
