Then you can say whatever you want because you will know what you're talking about. Right now, you have no clue at all.

People forget when the draft took men away of who stepped up in the homefront to fill the vacant positions held by men AND still handling the domestic duties. Also, women supporting the war front as well. All the thankless jobs from manual labor and raising kids/maintaining the household, should not be thankless. Male vs female bs, maybe look at employers and partners not treating the workers right and compensating them properly

To be honest I actually don’t care as long as they are
    Enjoying their job
Doing their job well and not making a big fuss over it eg sewer cleaner or factory worker, and since it’s illegal to deny a job solely based on gender or pay them less is ILLEGAL and so on and as long as they have the skills and qualifications to work there then by all means, as a man I have little experience in say day care or as a nanny or better a nurse since my profession is in the construction industry and I wouldn’t have a clue on how to do an open heart surgery compared to say a woman who does, however there are limitations where gender is a factor such as say the military where due to biological differences can make a difference, don’t get me wrong women should or can serve as long as they follow the exact same levels and standards as their male counterparts because it’s a life or death situation. And truth be told women don’t want the men’s jobs it’s long, dangerous, dirty and smelly, how many women aspire to be say lumberjacks or firefighters, not a lot and that’s primarily due to preference and even if we try to force, gender equality men and women have desires and interests a and that’s the main problem with things like forced diversity be it race, gender or religion

Why is the tone of this video treating it like breaking news?? Mind you, the USA is much farther behind other countries in their attitudes on many things.
I'm the proud father of 2 grown Canadian daughters. One is a welder, the other a carpenter.
The word feminists isn't in their vocabulary. They've said they have never been treated unequally at work except to be treated better in not being assigned to truly heavy work. And the guys don't mind. Everyone acknowledges strength/size issues whether you are a man or a woman. The guys are the first to help them if needed. Locker room humour is simply that and not paraded as a sexist attack. Bosses like women because, as my one daughter's boss told me, "They don't throw wrenches when something goes wrong". Both girls had their training and equipment paid for and job placement on graduation by Women in Trades programs at the local college.
And those programs often have vacancies because...women still don't want those jobs. No male conspiracy, no systemic sexism, no ammunition for feminists. But if you listen to the bulls&@t puked by purple haired, rabid feminists who allege malecentric toxic work environments in these jobs from their barista or government office assistant careers, you'd think there is no opportunity for women.
Women...If you want to get your hands dirty and to get a strong back and healthy bank account, look at the trades. And consider going to work at Fly In/Fly Out sites to make solid 6 figures...just like the guys. It beats dental hygenist or kindergarten teacher hands down.

It's about racism though I'm a women so it's double discrimination. It's a restricted construction site the workers are using psychological warfare however I've study how to combat sensitization so good luck with that.
Thier recruiting friends to walk through the site ugly men are insulting me calling me ugly in thier language. I'm beautiful I know it they are insecure in Thier manhood and culture. If you are only comfortable around your culture and sex your insecure. I'd say continue to work as a professional and money have to make. The world is no longer given one group of men all the opportunities. Women are highly competent and we work with passion and intelligence for what we lack in strength
Thier mad oh well life is getting better for everyone who were once disadvantaged. I'm also finding it's not that they are deserving of the job because some of the issues are incompetencies of the upper Management who are also working against themselves to move me.
People like this are self centered they don't deserve the job they are costing companies money. Imagine someone being injured because of you telling them to walk through a site to get some women fired off the job because you don't want her thier.
They are a liability to the company's they work for obviously if you're personal feelings regulate you that much. You don't have emotional intelligence to deserve to work yourself .
You ate not a assets when you can cause your company to be sued, but some people are so self absorbed and weak like that They just want to feel powerful but if you have to pretend your superior your suffering with a serious insecurity and mental instability. They aren't paying you for on the job targeting but racist masygonist do this all day they feel entitled.. I'm unmoved socialist are really messing up Society. I'm proud to be black and proud to be a women a very beautiful woman at that. Every since a little girl I wanted to be an architect. Though I'm not today I'm on site with builders and women can be apart of building our community's even the smallest part makes a difference.
We are very competent.what we lack in physical strength we make up for it in mental strength great story very encouraging for me today. I'm looking to further my career and needed knowledge and didn't know training ☺️ avalible for women with a heart to build

I wouldn't say all jobs are considered to be "thankless." I'm a woman working full-time in a genetics laboratory specializing in ancestry research data. Not only does this role pay quite well, but everyday I go home feeling very proud of what I do. Women that go to college and study to work in scientific research, the medical field or any other professional field can lead a perfectly fulfilling and rewarding lifestyle (with or without kids). Not every woman is destined to have children either. In fact, with all of the global, economic and financial crisis and now a dangerously rising trend of toxic masculinity and misogyny among American men, more women are choosing not to get married or have children right now, and to just focus on career paths for themselves.
I just got out of a four-year relationship with someone who was very abusive and basically just wanted to put me on lockdown for being female - meaning he didn't want me to have a career, to go out with friends and family or indulge in hobbies that I always loved. I'm actually much happier being on my own vs. being in a relationship with someone that wants to remove all of my human rights.

Oh I'd also like to see longevity data. I want to see how long those knees hold up vs a man's knees. How long are the career spans of these women?
This is a laughable example aof how the left is trying to show the world that women are doing physically labor intensive jobs more. And they are technically. But an increase in the female representation from 1% to 5% doesn't mean equality. Remember when we gave women ALL the rights women they wanted and they still wanted perfect?
They won't want perfection to be the bar by which all this is measured and THAT is why this won't work politically.
