I feel like people forget how hard it is to distribute fair lines to a group that's this big. I get that y'all want your bias to get lines but if they are a part of the performance unit then they probably won't get as much. This doesn't mean they can't sing, it means that they'll get what they signed up for. Considering the positions, everything is spaced out p fairly. But there is always room for improvements

I gotta agree with you there. Theses boys are beautifully talented and all. And they have main vocalists. But, there are some that needs to be decided more. And yeah, that’s one of the cons of having a big ass group I guess

He's my bias and even though him, Dino and Jun got the least vocal parts, they get the most screentime in dancing bc they are part of the performance team so this is actually pretty fair like you said :)

You guys need to understand that there are 13 people and 3 units: vocal,hip-hop and performance,
The chorus is a very important part in all pop music, so ofcourse the vocal unit has alot of lines, the chorus repeats multiple times. And woozi gets a good amount every song, because he composes most of it (with the help of vocal team), DK and seungkwan get alot of lines too because thier voices have a great range/sass and sounds good with their upbeat songs, and jeonghan has most of his lines where the song kinda smooths out a bit, so they could put his sweet sounding voice in. Joshua is getting more recently.
The rap parts are always there in kpop, so the hip-hop team makes their lines. Vernon is one of the more unique sounding rappers in the group (he just looks like he feels the beat during performances), so he gets more lines, and s.coups is the leader, so he gets more lines; wonwoo and mingyu both have very interesting tones in their voices, so they dont have a indvidual rap part like vernon and s.coups (sometimes), but they get to rap something every few lines throught the whole song, to keep the fangirls happy.
And i know the performance team doesn't get many lines in alot of their songs, but the thing is they make the choreography and prob. during performances, they stay in the front to perform and show their skills, like what the performance team is suppose to do. IF they get lines, they usually get around the same amount. Hoshi gets most of the lines out of the rest of them, because he creates most of the choreo. so it's like a reward to him. Jun and The8 are China line, and as their korean gets better, they will get more lines. Dino is the youngest, so when he does get a part, it's along side the second youngest, Vernon; kinda like a buy 1 get 1 deal XD.
Example: Vernon, in most of Seventeen songs, gets a whole rap section all for himself. If you watch a fancam focus on Vernon in all their songs he is mostly in the back while dacing(even if his stage presence and dancing holds ALOT of charisma) He goes up front and does his thing, but then goes to the back again. I can't complain because he did his job as a hip-hop team member and did his rap, finished, and let someone else take the stage.
so all in all, it's hard to keep fangirls happy, when there are 13 members :/

MINGHAO ABOUT YOU STAN HIM They are in the performance unit along with Hoshi. So they aren't going to get as much as the vocal and hip hop units. They usually get the more screen time though.
The8 and dino didn't even get 10 seconds....
Them being center makes up for that. They are in the performance time for a reason. This is also when they are fairly new so probably they weren't that good at singing.

2. there are 4 rappers in seventeen: Vernon, scoups, mingyu and wonwoo
3. it will take you about 2 days to study their names but there is a better way is you can watch seventeen one fine day ( the latest variety show of seventeen)
4. they're named SEVENTEEN because they're have 13 members, 3 unit: vocal, hip hop, performance and 1 whole group ( 13+3+1=17)
5. they're know as producing idol because they can produce, write lyrics and make choreography on their own ( WOOZI leader of vocal unit produce, write lyrics almost all their album including the title song then HOSHI leader of performance unit make choreography, the rappers will make their own rap lyrics) they're really talented they also have a whole group named SCOUPS who is the leader of hip hop unit too
6. their fandom is called CARAT because they had a song called shinning diamond so they're brightly diamonds and we're the ones define who they are
