I keep coming back to this album, at different times in my life. Always with a common denominator though... The pure need to crawl back in a ''storm'' of tranquility. Absolutely one of my favourite albums.
Just when I thought I couldn't possibly find anything as ethereal as Midnight Odyssey or dense and hypnotic as Darkspace, I stumbled upon this. As far as I'm concerned, those two bands have some absolute epic masterpieces. And I have also listened to Mare Cognitum and Spectral Lore's collaboration, but this right here is on another level. Every piece, every vocal keeps adding layers upon layers of majestic mastery. Their musicianship and focus feels second to none.
@ttyttrox4658 Definitely. Lunar Aurora has a LOT of great releases. And I'm a late bloomer getting into this Atmospheric stuff. I do remember listening to at least one Limbionic Art album and felt the importance of it. Same with Odium. Something like. .of or along the stars. I instantly loved it. But the other two you mentioned, I'm unaware of. I'm about to look into them.
Well the fact we are still seeing comments on this album nearly 8 years later is telling. This album is a stone cold classic. At the risk of coming across as hyperbolic, Weaving the Thread of Transcendence is a song for the ages.

Every piece, every vocal keeps adding layers upon layers of majestic mastery. Their musicianship and focus feels second to none.
Don't forget the great old one's from which all stemed: Limbonic Art, Tartaros, Odium, Obsidian Gate, Lunar Aurora etc.
