Love your work on the HJ75, absolutely inspiring. I have semi restored one myself, gave her a 30th birthday, thinking I gave her another 30 years of life. Was a 3 year project, on and off when funds aloud me to work on it. Always wanted an older troopy, still not quite all done yet but I can see the finish line coming up.. Keep up the great work, well done!
I'd send you some pictures of my beast but can't seem to figure out how, she looks like a brand new truck inside and out and underneath, need to tidy up the engine bar though..
Nice job mate! Lots of work but worth it. I just posted an episode where I coated my frame, few steps behind you though with the 12HT. Looking forward to that episode, and will be taking notes so please don't leave any details out!
me again, hope you haven't painted yet. at the 8.45 mark in the video, you will notice the plenum chamber discharge into the back of the mudguard. grind back where the A pillar joins and put in the Sika 227 as I mentioned before. I have had a weird leak into the cabin for a long time, only last year I found it. it was a pin head hole where the Toyota sealant broke away and started to drip onto the fuse box. but I was lucky. great work
Iv got a clean hzj75 1hz ute. Loving your channel You've got what it takes to be successful on TH-cam mate iv subscribed and keen to learn from you and wish you all the best. Cheers

howdy, when sealing the panel joins, use sikaflex 227 or 226. I get it from Bunnings. great work, keep it up.
& thow some zink or etch primer over it to creep into them seals/cracks PRIOR to sealing it. Done that for years....
good onya mate. very good job 👍👍👌👌
