I can’t even add onto this comment as this is exactly what I was doing to say, nearly word for word. Those are high value clients who pay that kind of money and no way they’d use such agencies for recruitment. They’re so many international agencies they use for high value nannies placements and they’re already fully stocked with staff they wouldn’t consider employing one from outside the country.
Haj is very right. The jobs are here and the skills our people definitely have them. Here carpenters, plumbers, mechanics earn good money even nanny jobs. The only issue we find with connecting our people in Uganda is these people will always need a qualification or accreditation from here (talking about UK). I have tried to find sponsorship jobs for a few people including vet officers, engineers and nannies from Uganda to uk but every time I approached organisations they say the person needs an accreditation, some of those are given to people who have actually done exams and passed them in the uk. Now how can you get that qualification without a visa coming here? They all just responses with wel that’s the requirement. For nanny jobs they’re so many qualified nannies here that they’d first consider someone in uk before someone they have to bring in from outside. Many agencies are so many offering service ans jobs making it harder for those coming in.
Even for easier job roles like support workers now an Ugandan has to pay an agency amounts like £6000 just to do the application and when they bring them here most tell them mbu Kati otuuse weyiiye. Agencies are not employers and depend on contracts and hours given by companies which aren’t guaranteed. It’s possible for someone to pay £6000, come to uk and only do 16 hours a week, then 20 next week etc meaning you can’t afford even where you live let alone send money home. I urge people before considering these options to do lots of research. Unless they’re placing you with an employer, a company where you’re guaranteed a full time role, don’t even start the process. Many of them are here frustrated. I’m taking about uk by the way. Awalala simanyi
Thank you for talking about cancer institute people are dying if you have no money you dying it makes me sad the doctors do care.i wonder how God will help us the poor
And again my people, Hajji said you will be earning £ 3000- 4000 per month. That is very untrue. As a skilled worker, you get less money based on the company you are working for. Your rights are limited in UK. You have to be strong coming in as a skilled worker.

The country taking Skilled workers currently is likely to be Germany. And again they need more people as it has been in Canada. Kindly apply for Germany
But Hajj can't someone be a Muslim without having an Arabic name? What's wrong with Irene or Christine becoming Muslim and keeping their name. Islam is total submission to God but why does the name matter. In Arabia all the Christians there have Arabic names like Aziz, Mustafa, Hariri etc
Olina okubeera nne sente nga £4000 and more. Also make sure they are placing you with a company and hours are guaranteed. They’re so many who have come here and are sitting in houses, no hours Kyoka they pay you for hours they work. They paid agencies money, arrived here and were told mbu weyiiye. Frustrated Kyoka they can’t even return home as most sold everything to come here. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.
