Everyone on Tony’s side either backed down like Spider-Man, realized the truth like Black panther, and saw how wrong it was like Vision. Everyone in the comment section miss the point of who’s right and wrong. Cap should’ve told Tony about his parents, but he wasn’t wrong about protecting his friend who was a literal slave of hydra for 70 years. It’s understandable why Tony was angry because he saw the face of who killed his parents but didn’t at the same time, one of the smartest people on the planet didn’t think about his actions before fighting, he was wrong because like ultron said Tony gets peace and quiet confused, and by signing the accords the freedom to choose would’ve been taken. There is literally nothing to argue about anymore because this film was 8 years ago, Tony and Steve forgave each other, the accords were removed, and he let the people on Caps side break out as soon as it was all over. So I see this as an absolute win

Spiderman's spidey sense is RIDICULOUSLY nerfed in the mcu. I chalk it up to him simply beign inexperienced since he basically JUST got his powers, an experienced spider-man would realistically never get hit.
I theorize that Captain America's inaction of stopping Crossbones and forcing Wanda to save him is going to be the reason why mutants will be hated in the MCU.
