This issue could be Because of driving constant higher RPM , 2nd this could be happen with Breakage or slippage of Timing Chain .3rd Because of instant temperature change .like driving in high Temperature & suddenly contact with High Water level which cause of instant temperature change of block & that's cause the stuck of piston in Sleeve & one small jerk enough to destroy your engine in higher RPM

This look like a case of hydrolock, Piston rods bends when they cannot compress (means something other than air sucked into chamber). 2ZRFE is around for more than a decade and these engines can easily last half a million kms if maintained well. Nothing to do with quality of material.

Connecting rod ko oil nahi mila aur connecting rod toot gya. Oil line block hoi.
