Create a slide - imagine a specific scenario that rapresents me being and doing what i want. Focus on the feeling coming from my heart while imagening. 5-6 times a day.
3 reality transurfing techniques: 1) slide: imagine the reality you want with your heart, see that reality happening in front of your eyes and really feel the emotions 2) flail: we are all connected (=collective consciousness), the more you give the more you receive because your intentions align with the intentions of the collective consciousness creating synergy (=winwin), so find ways to add value 3) wave of success: all life events are neutral (neither good or bad), you get to choose their meaning. If you choose to look at it from a positive perspective, and repeat with every event, it will create a momentum and take your life to the reality you desire. It's all about focus, knowing that everything is a part of the process, and everything in life is a choice.
Just sat in meditation and did this visualization using all the techniques and it flowed to me like a vision🙌🏻 thank you so much Aaron, so grateful to be incarnated in this same time and space with you!

We are all CONDITIONED with similar Thought Structures, which has built up around us as Civilization and Society and have been TRAPPED for Hundreds of Generations, the worst is the Win/Lose paradigm, so very sad! Maybe someday our Thought Structures/Paradigms will move away from win/lose and the thought that there is NOT ENOUGH and TOWARDS a more "Help Others" and there is Enough.....we are Slaves to our own Base Thoughts and have Pulled Down Everyone in the process.

Transurfing is not an English word, because Vadim Zeland also created that word, traying to express the process of how it works simply in one word. So, i believe you should mention this man, because, listening to you I can see you red these books probably multiple times and learned his or these topics pretty well, but admit it...all credits goes to Vadim Zeland, right? Aaron, I have a very important question that is pretty much destroying me. Do you believe that the only thing that exists is just one consciousness and us existing as individuals is just an illusion? That's the conclusion that multiple ancient cultures have arrived to, that all is one and individual existence is illusion. That's what enlightened people say. In nonduality, which many teachers say is the truth, there is no room for souls or any kind of individuality to exist. I'm just as much the tree next to me than the tree next to me is me. To get a good grasp of what I'm talking about, I recommend to watch the videos of Actualized,org, for example the video "spiritual englightement, the most schocking truth you'll ever hear". Leo is of the opinion that enlightenment is something that we should pursue, because it's the only way to grasp the only existing truth, which is the one infinite consciousness, the only thing that exists. For you though there is nothing to be gained from enlightenment, because it's literally dissolving your individuality = killing yourself, which supposedly is an illusion to begin with. This concept, (which many people like Leo from Actualized,org claim to be even beyond the idea of a concept that can be wrong) is destroying me. If I and the people around me are illusions, that robs away all significance of my life and my ability to embrace it. I reeeally beg that you do a video on this: do you think that we metaphysically exist as individuals, in the form of souls for example? If so, how come these enlightened people, many spiritual teachers say that individuality is a complete illusion? They are not saying that we are individuals connected, they are saying that literally all that is is one consciousness.
