First land fill job i se that does not contain rocks as landfill makes me wonder if its simply an availability issue !

This is totally beyond stupid they have a excavator on site and not one of them have the brains to have him give each dump box 2 scrapes while they are in the dump position. The dirt has probably been caked in there for months if not years !!!
