Can this be considered as a monologue? I need to find one for my acting class and I’m having a little trouble finding one I like but I do like this one
@@kaymarie4220 yes it definitely can. I used it for my year end exams and just made a few change so it can be more of a speech than interview and then wrote it down as “adapted”.
I really don't like Dom as a character. Of course everyone has their bad days but she treats her friends and John like shit. And she never apologizes or addresses it. It's their fault and their always apologizing, also when she's with her friends all they talk about is her. That is not a healthy relationship, let alone friendship. She always is lecturing people but when someone lectures her she gets offended.
She is going through a lot. Her family is dependent on her and had almost an arrange marriage. She’s too stressed and can’t control it. She trying her best
@@vixenx7800 Yeah but doesn't give her a good reason to take it out on her friends. And even if she accidently lashed out on them that doesn't mean a sorry is out of the question. For Dom she's always right. I don't like that at all
@@brown.iieeeeI really like Dom but I do wish she could try saying sorry once in awhile. I do also think she is really caring at times but it’s probably just not seen in the show like when she checks up on Joey
