Yes plz,i am a new player in conan and me and another friend wanna find some nice mod add some spice in game and fill some holes that the game has,so yes plz make a part 2 :D
Couple of days ago, I started to play that game again, after a long long "break" from it. And its the first time I use mods and those are my suggestions: 1. 300 Level - So you can actually become a real powerhouse and noone can really challenge you. Its easier and you can skill everything which gives you more to explore and trying out 2. Chest Storage Size +++ - I downloaded that one because I remembered the horrors that come with storage sizes... and I am so glad I did install that mod. 3. Better Thralls - That one is simple. We need Thralls so much and I actually enjoy hunting them and getting those named ones. And with this mod, my other Thralls can help me with that. 4. Edit Appearance - I always hated when I created the character but after a few hours something was bothering me but could change it. So I needed that mod 5. Hosav's Custom Ui Mod - That one is a bit advanced but I love it and dont wanna miss it. Its basicly a rewamp of your healthbar etc. really makes everything easy to see. There is even a timer how long until you are starving or dehydrating I have many more Mods... 20 right now and I actually think there will be more added xD This game feels soooo good with mods, its incredible.
For core gameplay improvements and immersion make sure you add these too. Full body loot Thralls are alive Better thralls Immersive artisans Fashonista Emotes for pets Emotes for thralls Arena pier Soundfx? (cant remember name) 100 follower Basically around 50 mods 😅
How come no one is really talking about the fact that at least for Xbox players we're not even able to play siptah since the last update? Kiah on fire mentioned it in a video but this is a big deal, at least to me as a long time player. It sucks big time and makes me question continuing playing Conan. Great video. Glad you enjoyed the video! I've heard about the issue, and I know it's been reported on the forums and such. Most of us probably don't mention it because I believe the majority of creators are on PC, thus we don't experience it. Console definitely gets the short end of the stick, both because of QA and aging hardware, so hopefully Funcom are working on fixing Siptah pretty quickly
I appreciate all the creative mods. For now, the only mod I use is Better Thralls. Since I only play single player, having an AI army at my command makes the game more enjoyable than having one follower.
I have tried out Better Thralls briefly, setting up patrols routes etc seems a little complicated at first, but I might do a showcase of it in the future
I tested Immersive Armor 2 weeks ago, and it's amazing. But I noticed some serious lag spikes using it. Without it, I don't have these. Someone noticed the same issue? I can also recommend: - Better Thralls - Unlock Plus (mostly for the resource management and pull items, never stay on a workbench and run back to chests because you forgot about that one piece of bone etc. again) - Follower Remote - Spiders to Scorpions (for the Arachnophobes, would not be able to play Conan without it) - Pippi of course! (But probably not for beginners?) And in Building/Decor: - Emberlight (ever wanted to paint your structures in a different color?) - Immersive RP - Sand and Stone I use Northern Timber, the Murayama Build Set is very nice, and you can mix and match it very good with the Yamatai and Khitan Set (DLC's), I build my Mainbase out of it. I would love more Mod Spotlights from you :)
I love the Sand and Stone mod too. I use the portcullis with nearly every other set. Many of the other pieces are also great additions to other builds too.
I'm guessing that thralls will be able to use weapon emotes in Chapter 2 or Chapter 3. From the dev stream, I'm guessing the weapon emotes received finishing touches just before the patch dropped to live servers, so they may have ran out of time to make it work on thralls. I definitely wouldn't be surprised if it's added in the next update though
@@Eradicati0nn I really don't believe a word they say, from not fixing the running animations and minor graphical bugs, they just make stuff disappearing and servers not working.
@@Mikesman1000 To be fair they haven't addressed emotes on NPCs, definitely bigger issues to tackle with the whole bunch of bugs that have plagued this age so far

The first mod I ever added was Pippi for the added admin options, and it didn't take long before I was extensively playing with Mushi scripts. Making Merchants for every possible farmable item (4 years ago), quest givers, and more. However I don't know if Joshtech is still intending on stepping down. They have been keeping things up to date with the base game.
Great picks! It would definitely be difficult to limit to 5. It might be going into the weeds too much to get into the Tot ! stuff, but its great. I started on PS4, and switched to PC. I'll probably never play the vanilla game again.
For me all or either the LBPR or the mod control panel or the LBPR additions (all recommended to be installed together by the modder) broke treasure placement and golem mining for me. At least removing them all from my mods list fixed the issue. Also LBPR is a little broken just on its own, the “fridges” furnaces, carpenters bench and cooking stations all disappear when you uninstall the mod even if you use the normal and non LBPR stations.
I haven't had that issue myself of things disappearing, though I do only run base LBPR without control panel or the additions. Sounds like it could be related to stability/clipping changes between base and LBPR modifiers tho
Nice I like Northern Timber but Desert Town is an awesome build mod too with glas and gold and more stuff, even better than Northern Timber imo. If you don't know, take a look.
I do like Desert Town, though I find the barrier to entry is a bit higher than NT, given the sheer amount of sets, and how many building pieces are in each. I'd say it's probably an intermediate mod myself
LBPR is a solid mod. More hair options is always better but be warned that some times the hair can clip strangely. I am not sure which hair mod it is, because most servers have multiple mods that add hair options and not just one, but yeah it can look strange when your hair is sticking out through your neck. I have never been a fan of Immsersive Armor. Very few of the armors are interesting enough to make and it clutters up your crafting menu sooooooooooooo much. And then there are the "special" ingredients required for things.. just not a fan. But that only my personal opinion. Not familiar with Shani's Stuff personally so can't comment on that one. Northern Timbers has some really nice pieces but I would stay away from building mods personally.
I am thinking about moving away from my console; too many crashes. The mods are making this decision easier, so please do another video. Specifically one for thrall options would be great!

It's still there for me, though I had to go to the mod dev's profile to find it. His name is Cookiejar, the mod might be blocked by your content settings. It hasn't been updated since November though unfortunately, so I can't say for certain if it'll work perfectly anymore
One mod is useful, rest is "paint your nails and decor, baby!". I understand that many people will create character's look for 5 hours, but eventually they will start game at level 1, with no possibility to build "fancy - pansy" base. For me, as a beginner, must have, are mods like Hosav's Custom UI Mod, MAC's Glowing Notes and Journals, Proximity Party by Xevyr, IMMERSIVE ROUTINES, or even No video logo at Conan Exiles from Nexus mods. It provides QoL details that vanilla game doesn't. Character customization mods are basically adjustable skins and imo opinion should be called skins :) It's functionality over hair&make up for me.
It hasn't been updated since January 15th, though it still worked for me. I had a couple of crashes, but that was mainly when using armors on Pippi's thespians. I've had the same issue with other armor mods too, though it may crash more often with different mod combinations
@@Eradicati0nn oh nice, that’s lucky. I’ve been slowly going through mods one by one to see which ones are crashing. Some that haven’t been updated in forever work just fine, anything emote based and any type of body replacer, which unfortunately includes a lot of custom armor mods result in a high likelyhood of a crash. Hope this comment helps some people out there experimenting with mods :)
Conan's mods dont even came close to tjise on Skyrim. I still don't see any major mods transforming the landscape and characters. Here's a mod dealing with you hair the worst way and their faces still look like plastic or from a barbie factory 😒
Why would a beginner need damn cosmetics?Hundreds of thousands of cosmetic items...while newbie do not know how to play the main game...those mods would only confuse new player...
To add to the immersion. Some would tire of beginner gear skins, and vanilla decorations. True one should learn to play the game first, but if it isn't fun they may not give it a fair try.

I liked the fact that there are emotes with weapons... that npc can't use, and age of war, but without the war, just emblems at the bazaar...

Yeah Pippi is a very good mood. I don't think Joshtech is stepping down, seems he just updates it every few months and it carries on

I would recommend moving to PC tbh, a lot of the issues on console are caused by the hardware. I'll see what I can do for a Part 2!

Pretty sure immersive armors hasn’t been updated for AoW. It was one of my favorite mods, but crashes my game now :(
