Aoa sir I have question if we pay 10 lac to uhs for upgrading but humara Islamabad ky kisi clg mein ya kpk ky kisi clg mein tab tk admission hojata aur hum uhs ky under clg mein admission na lena chain tu jo uhs ko 10 lac for upgradation dia hoga wo refundable hoga??
