My kids are teens and they like hanging out at the mall with their friends. Im not comfortable leaving them alone. So i take myself to restaurants in the mall as i wait for them. I never thought id be comfortable hanging out alone ..alone..but its been awesome.
Child resusitates your soul you grow wings just when you exhoust yourself. You can only self love so far..... It's self limiting, bubble will burst when it's gets to the limit. God throws you a life line by entrusting you with his creation.
Me and alcohol have had a similar story. I was getting to a point where I just didn't want to drink- partly because I became aware or my mortality and because as a light weight it felt like I was forcing alcohol on myself. I decided to be super light weight, I may have alcohol in the house but it'll be untouched for many months
Hi Muthoni always happy to see you & listen to you...your such a 'vibe'...speaking of Series that once killed my depression RHOA season 1 all the way to 12 now never stopped watching my Rachet Girls...you are apways mediating them from your TV till my depression just LEFT 😂 i did not know i liked Rachet till i watched RHOA Season 1...i mean they plan to be Ratcher 😅 yoir just watching going like 'girls can we do better please...then they do 10 times worse and your like 'Stop' you pquse the TV to laugh on your own first...depression goes 😂😂

Sahii the ratchet I have been watching is mostly the Real Housewives being filmed in Africa and pia I used to watch the ratchetness that was love and hip hop. I should go back to that madness because trash tv is so fun.

Being an introvert has made it easy for me to love myself and my own company, the problem???? Is letting people in because we’re happy over here.
