I struggle with PCOS as well. The hair struggle is the worst. God himself knows women desire to feel beautiful, and this “illness” has made it nothing but difficult for me to feel that way. Especially as a 5’11 woman which is another insecurity of mine. All attention is on me anywhere I go it sucks lol. I have prayed to God about it so many times also, and he’s teaching me to be graceful with myself. And to learn about my temple and care for it in its own special way. Because not every diet and supplement will work for every body. He sees us and he knows our hearts. He longs for us to accept ourselves with love and grace. You’re not alone!! 🤍
I know the feeling so well sis trust me! We’re the same height too 🤗 Like you said so beautifully it’s a learning path with the Lord. He’s showing us every single day how beautiful and precious we are as his daughters. Our value as daughters of the most high lies in our hearts anyways 🥹 but it’s good to know that we’re on this path with Jesus together 🫂🤍

Hey sis I just wanted to tell you that indeed there is nothing that the Lord can't do... I used to have PCOS as well and the hair would just grow way too much hairy legs, arms you name it mine was minimal on my chin and right now the Lord has set me free and the hair on my chin disappeared as well it's just now after I watched and I checked like it's gone gone... The Lord will do it for you be blessed, I love you✨♥️

PCOS is when your androgen levels (male hormones) are too high hence the facial hair, irregular periods, cyst on ovaries.
It affects so many women but by His stripes we hare healed!

I don't have PCSOS but some symptoms of it, and I see God moving things also. A prayer that I do is : "Lord, you my desire to take care of myself and to be secured about it, I'm not a male but a female so, help with that." All the time since few days I ask the Lord to heal me and show how to take care of myself. He is showing up thank you Jesus. ✨💕🥹 Recently the facial hair really made me unsecured because they were growing so much. So, I'm really happy to see that I'm not alone as well, and I get better why the Lord was telling me to "watch the video". Our Abba is really Good. He finds us beautiful anyway, I'm learning to anchor that deeply in my heart. 💕🥹

The Lord is so intentional sis! We’re on this journey with Jesus together 🫂🤍 I’ll definitely go more in depth about these things at some point! It helps knowing that we’re not alone. And will definitely mention it when I come to the US. Hopefully soon if the Lord wills it 🥰
As a person who has recently found out they have pcos , even tho I know before I was told lol. It made me feel good to know I’m not the only person who has to go through this. Especially the facial hair. It’s something that is really a insecurity of mine.

I used to struggle with eczema but I believe I’ve been healed from it.last year I started being very intentional about praying for my body ( the temple) I usually declare healing scriptures and thank the Lord for the finish work of the cross, we have been healed and made whole through Christ. I daily thank him for the beauty, Glory and the splendour of the temple, youth renewal and health. I even pray for hair growth, like I pray ( thank Jesus)for and about everything 😊

Oh dear i completely understand the PCOS struggle and insecurities. What helped me was getting electrolysis on my face, nipples and belly . But if you’re able to afford it laser could be really helpful too.

2nd. You opening up about your PCOS was so touching to me but not because I struggle with it too or even my physical appearance but because I struggle with anxiety. I had severe chronic anxiety during the pandemic and though I’m cured now I still battle lingering feelings of like “oh I could get sick at any moment and faint or throw up” (things that have happened to me before). But watching your vlogs I would’ve never guessed you had your own health issues because you’re so faithful and brave and confident and that inspired me to want to be that way too and not let any health concerns I struggled or current struggle with keep me from living a full and godly life with purpose and joy 🙏🫶🏼🙌🏼🥹❤️ thanks for always making my day with your videos and may God continue to bless you and everyone else in this community

So sorry to hear about your experience with PCOS sister! One common denominator I’ve noticed in the struggle with PCOS is diet, either vegan or plant-based. Unfortunately these man-made diets are lies from the enemy to ruin women’s health, resulting in infertility, malnourishment, and rapid aging. We as women thrive best on animal fats, raw dairy, sunshine, quality sleep, avoiding stress and anti-nutrient foods. It grieves me in my spirit seeing women fall into the trap of these man-made diets that are designed ultimately to kill our fertility. Our bodies knows best for us and we must listen to it, not man, if we are to achieve optimal health and produce our future offspring. It’s time as a civilization to go back to living and eating naturally. I solemnly urge any sister in Christ reading this who is struggling in their health to please test the fruits of veganism and a plant-based lifestyle. Praying that the Holy Spirit gives you discernment in restoring your health.

I'm truly blessed by your ministry! Thank you for all this information about the makeup, jewelry, and stickers. I plan on in the future purchasing from all of them. I have to go to my PCP and OB/GYN to find out what's going on with my body as a whole but especially I've been growing more hair than usual but my cycles are regular. So it could just be what I'm consuming or age but I don't want to guess I want to know.
Girl I feel you, though I wasn’t diagnosed with PCOS, but I usually get irregular periods (regulated now after taking meds) but the ingrown hairs on my face is my biggest insecurity. Mine grows after two days, it gets tiring honestly 😢

Hey Deborah! Have been so blessed by finding your TH-cam channel! You seem like someone I’d love to be friends with, and I have a friend that lives in London so it would be cool to visit her and maybe get to meet you!
So I don’t have PCOS but I experience those same facial hairs that I need to remove weekly. It has helped me to use an epilator. I know it doesn’t sound or look like fun but I will just say you get used to it, even tho it’s painful. I use it for my armpits too now and my ingrown hairs and dark spots have been improving!
I will also be praying for your PCOS. The increase in PCOS cases I’ve been hearing of is unsettling and because I had facial hair and irregular periods for a time my doctor almost tried to diagnose me with it too. But I Jesus name, I speak that it is not my portion and I pray that for you too in jesus name!

Hi, I just wanted to say I love your content, and I also struggle with PCOS. Some things that have recently helped me out are spermint tea, spermint capsule, and spermint oil (only use on areas of unwanted hair twice daily mixed with a lotion. My favorite brand is Hiqili). Also Topicals ingrown hair tonic and there brightening and clearing serum. These products have helped with inflammation and discoloration. Lastly, even though it is on the pricier side Ovasital. You're definitely not alone, and I am praying for you and anyone that see this comment. 🙏🏿

Aww wow I have the hair on my chin and chest and I honestly don't like them at all but I keep remain myself that I beautiful with are without them, persons use to trouble me a lot about them
I have two insecurities 1. Being that I'm short I'm 4'10 2 being that I was skinny all through high school that's all I heard constantly like I didn't know already that I was short and skinny I'm 20 and now have to deal with people seeing me as a kid who is 12-13 it's hurts every day knowing everyone sees me an as kid its also why I stop wanting to be married.
Maybe 3 if you count have a really sensitive scalp meaning you do anything to it especially braids and ponytail or anything tight on the head because you have two soft spots and it will make you feel worse than it already does. Also meaning most of the time I'm wearing a bonnet

Hi Deborah! Thank you for sharing this beautiful vlog with us! I see so much of myself in you as we share so many similarities. I grew up a loner & when I decided to give my life to Christ I prayed for God to bring in friends who have the love of Christ, friends that I could feel safe with… I am in the midst of that answered prayer & it feels so good! I also have struggled with PCOS, I used to be soo insecure about my facial hair. I found shaving it makes it way worse & now I wax once a week. The hair grows slower & thinner.
Please try investing in a wax pot, wax strips & wax beads. It will help immensely.
