We went to a Bubba Gump in Hawaii. It was on the island of Maui in the town of Lahaina. It's no longer there, it burned to the ground along with the rest of the town. So so sad!!!! 😢

Can’t wait to see where you take your mom. Years and years ago I took my parents on the WARNER BROS. STUDIOS VIP TOUR (tour is on golf cart trams) and they really had fun. Not sure if the tour is still around, post pandemic. They also enjoyed Griffith Observatory cafeteria style gourmet lunch with views and the Stars Show (constellations) inside the dome. Also lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel Polo Lounge. We saw Maria Shriver around the time the scandal broke with Arnold Schwarzenegger and the housekeeper. She was meeting friends and everyone was greeting her in the restaurant and she had a megawatt smile and emitted a high degree of charisma.

Happy September 70th! This was a good one. Love seeing your mom. I have started to realize how much I inadvertently steal your style when I vlog. It's hard not to, I think so many vloggers started by watching you that it's impossible not be influenced by your channel. I love the long takes, occasional vocal flub that you joke about and leave in and I enjoy the slice of life moments in your videos. Hard to imagine how many hours of 'you doing things' I have watched! Here's to a million more!

That concrete viaduct you pointed out is the airport's new people mover. LAX is one of the few major airports in the world that hasn't had one of those. The horseshoe has been a nightmare because every person (including operators of buses for hotels & car rentals) is forced into using it. For people arriving or departing from flights, there will now be another loading/unloading & auto-rental area a few miles away for them.
It's funny Adam when you've lived LA all my life n take things granted everybody knows but outside people don't yes its been called the horseshoe since it was made dad use to take us as kids drive round n round n yes it use to be called the proud Mary resturant my sisters prom was their 1969 and the tram takes guest from park down to main street the redline to Hollywood n union Station is across street n public transit. Your mom sho6ld have lots of fun with you enjoy your time with her. ❤😊

Your mom saying Billy Idol was as old as dirt. 😂~~ I don’t know if this is something you would be interested in or not but I thought I would mention. There is a card called Landry’s Select Club Card which gives you some perks for places that Landry’s owns like Bubba Gump. There are a lot of restaurants they own. It’s not a credit card. It’s a points card but it gives you front of the line access to get seated faster. It cost 25.00 (one time fee) but you get 25.00 to spend the next time you go to one of their restaurants. I have one that I got way back in 1999 for Rainforest Cafe and it really comes in handy when others have to wait 2 hours and you get to wait about 15 or 30 minutes if even that. Just thought I would mention. It’s a nice card to have.

I flew first class from LAX to Orlando quite some years ago when my son was about 3. We sat next to Danny Glover … his only words upon seeing my son was “is he going to be up all night “ as this was a red eye flight, I said no worries he will sleep all night. Celebrities are just people and not all of them are friendly

I took my mum to NY last November we ate at bubba gumps at time square best meal we had our whole stay in NY
