I regret buying the product because while it's connected to the charger, a very annoying hissing sound starts and doesn't go away unless you turn the brightness all the way down or remove the charger. This issue only occurs with the Pro and not the previous older models which makes no sense. I wish someone told me this before buying, now I must make a return... 😩
