RN can easily find a job in Australia as long as you pass the English test. There is acute shortage of nurses in Australia.. HK Social worker qualification might not be recognised in Australia as it is more cultural specific unlike nurses.

There is hardly any racial discrimination in job market except senior level as Australia is a massive melting pots of all sort of colours of races.
