thanks for great video , got fitted for new driver last week, no intention of going for Callaway, tried all major brand and new releases, the Paradym X blew them all out of the water, my swing speed increased as well as distance, thought id have very light shaft as slow speed, but fitted with new tenses av 55g blue , now the 3 week wait for my new baby to arrive, can't wait , greetings from Ireland
After lots of different head and shaft combos I was fit into the X at 10.5 stock with a 55g Fujikura Vista Pro R. You said the key word to me. Confidence. Dialing back a bit it’s dead straight for me and usually dead in target line. Dial in a bit more speed and it just drifts off line ever so slightly. Last year I played an STZ220 with Evenflow CB shaft and while it is still noticeably longer on good hits, the distance loss and directional control on slight mishits is not worth the trade off of 8-12 yards to me. I feel the X looks better than the standard.
I just got a Oban Air Burst I. The driver over the winter. I think it could be exactly what you’re looking for. I was also using the hzrdus yellow handcrafted (the one you used quite a while back) the blue of the airburst would perfectly match the blue in the paradym as well ☺️
Coach it’s Summer!! You’re playing a lot of local links, get the low spinning bomber persimmon in the bag. I am all persimmon in the summer. If you want to come up to RND you can borrow my wooden Devon bomber 💪⛳️

Guessing you’ve gone from 💎 💎 💎 to standard one as it’s the most flexible - I love it - why didn’t you change the standard to draw setting as that’s what I did 😁
Well done for throwing out the ego and getting the "draw biased" drawer with the weaker shaft. Ego gets in the way for a lot of us lower handicap golfers, we're not pro, we still hit bad shots, get gear you can live with on a Sunday morning.
great video...I did the same thing with the STEALTH 2's.....ended up with the HD 9 degree UST PROFORCE V2 HL5 regular shaft with mid size grip and i either hit it straight or a slight draw...loving it....cheers from Canada

Get moaned at to "GET FITTED!!!!111eleven", then you go get fitted, and as a human, your swing changes, or you change your swing in lessons (because we're not tour pros) and the driver doesn't suit you. Every damn year it happens, and we're mugs for falling for it.
But surely you've just made the case for NOT getting fit for clubs? Amateur golfers seem to be in a permanent state of flux with their swing so will, surely, only be fit for their swing on that day? If your swing changes, as yours has, you'll need something different a month on from being fit. Won't you?

I think the coach here is a bit more than the Amateur golfer you're referring to, and has a lot of time motivation and money to improve. I'd like those 3 reasons - especially the last one. I don't need much of the others.
