I think the iPhone being slightly damaged would be an issue for most people at that price point. If your getting a phone for like 45% off, then i think it's completely exceptible for the phone to come with some scratches/marks/dents as long as the glass is not cracked. Probably what happens is networks give phones with there plans then they get them back and the customer gets a new upgrade for basically free. But they give back a fairly damaged phone and they just replace the glass and sell it. Why I explain this is because this is quite alot of damage for a pretty new phone. I'm assuming the previous owners didn't put a case on it. Probably the person knew they were getting a phone soon so they didn't take good care of it. Because they keep upgrading and trading in, its not costing them anything or very much to actually obtain the phone so they don't care. I personally still think it's a good deal for the hardware compared to the price to get a used phone like this.
I agree, premium should be like new. Excellent I would also expect that you really have to strain to find something wrong. I would have sent those back.
It's not bad. I'm looking at the iPhone 13 pro premium renewed. It seems like a good deal. Minor scratches on the side wouldn't be preferred but as long as the screen and back are pristine I'll take it.
For me, it’s worth spending the extra bit of $ on a new one. I was not happy with the quality of premium, it was almost worse than the excellent renewed
Oh no way…so premium is just a term they throw around to get more money for an item? What seller did you use when you bought your device? Was it 6ave by any chance?
@@cgforbes9100 it wasn't a couple hundred, it was less than 100 at the time, so yes. I'd rather have a nice phone than a dented to hell and back phone if I'm already spending hundreds anyways
yes i agree i bought amazon seller and bought both excellent ipad mini vs ipad mini premium excellent. Premium on mine had not even a single hairline scratcgh

I completely agree with everything that you said. Regarding the iPhone I would be pissed. For that price there shouldn’t be a single dent!
As long the screen don't have any cracks I'm good... I'll be putting an otter box case for it regardless.

@@Fredsreviews58 Aw, crap. I've got one coming Friday that requires a signature
@@stankyb1 I think someone over 18 has to be home and receive the order in person.
I would of sent the iPhone back, it shouldn’t be dented
It’s going back, both are. These are not what I was expecting at excellent and premium renewed
