An also epic song by Saltatio Mortis is "My Mother Told Me" which became popular by the series Vikings. Their latest release in cooperation with The Elder Scrolls Online is "Pray To The Hunter". I´m sure you´ll love the songs.
This song was a big surprise to me when it came out, and I loved it. The guy in green, he's the lead singer of Gloryhammer, the guy with the side shave and big beard is from Saltatio Mortis, they have some great songs too. I'd recommend checking out their cover of "The Dragonborn Comes" by Saltatio Mortis
4:38 I think the instrument you were looking for is the mouth harp or haw harp. Prinz Hodenherz III (Ben Metzner, the one with the bagpipes and the first vocalist) plays it several songs.
We already reacted to a couple of songs from Dark Side of the Moon. Here are the links: th-cam.com/video/anMXh2-nQic/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/qtucja11uWI/w-d-xo.html

I kinda hate and love music videos like this. On the one side: it's silly and fun to watch. On the other side: I study history and it's just a crime against medieval times to see those costumes und weapons. :D Although those people in the shiny plate armor who appear around 2:40 look actually quite okay. Looks like coats of plate or brigandines with plate for arms and legs. From what I'm able to see.
I understand your pain - but as Feuerschwanz actually went purposefully agains historic accuracy exactly because they were sort of fed up with die-hard-accuracy freaks, I suppose the outcome is inevitable... ;) But even outside of this, I see their costumes as more of a general fantasy approach - as in "totally made up". Some gave me actually real "Conan the Barbarian" vibes, as do Manowar's costumes. I certainly would not expect any sort of accuracy in either case, but lots of silly showing-off and having fun. (And for sure there was plenty of both ins this video.) PS: The snippet with the guys in shiny plate armor were taken from a German history documentary as far as I can see. Now if _these_ were not accurate at all, there would definitely be reason to complain.
🍻 Augusto/Felipe! Talking about Manowar covers, have you seen this - Soulspell | The Crown And The Ring (Manowar Tribute) th-cam.com/video/lh_UANsj1GE/w-d-xo.html - ?
They have better original songs, but the guest artists make this cover special, especially Melissa Bonny. Ir was also great to see Thomas Winkler, who was fired from Gloryhammer after having been labeled a racist & misogynist. All this leads to 8.5 from me.
You mixed that up a bit. It was not Winkler who was labelled as a racist and misogynist - that was directed at Chris Bowes (keyboard) and James Cartwright, the bassist which both have confirmed the leaked chat to be true and have publicy apologized for their behaviour, though they have claimed that the accusation of abuse made by a former partner of Cartwright against him was not true. Winkler did not participate in the leaked chat. However it is unknown if these accusations against some band members have anything to do with Winkler leaving the band.

Thomas Winkler is actually no longer part of Gloryhammer; they parted ways last year.

Sorry. That should have been JAW harp. Not haw.
@@elricthebald In german it's called a "Maultrommel". 1:1 translated it means something like "Mouth-drum".
thanks for your reaction...
This sounded really epic. They did a great job with this one.
Hans Platz on guitar is always a bonus 🔥🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻
I'll go an 8.9 Really enjoyed this
'the british guy...' ?!?
They are all germans - except Melissa & Thomas, they are swiss.
Sorry, we were not aware of where everyone was from.
I think the country sound you were talking about was a mouth harp.
4:30 i guess the Instrument you mean is a Maultrommel (sorry i dk how this is called in english) but the wordly translation would be mouth drum.
Nice reaction. Thumbs up! :)
The instrument you were looking for was the so called "Maultrommel" (jew's harp).

Another Napalm collaboration is the group 'The dark side of the moon'.

Toki, do you have a cat in your lap?
Yes, the cat's name is Asuna.
@@AmberandCharisseReact It's a real cool cat!
Great song! But this is a Manowar cover.
Yes is a Cover and Now ? -.-
@@farin71 Usually, A&C let everyone know this in the title. And sometimes they also check the original before reacting to covers.
why "but"?

We didn't realize this was a cover, but we will do the original at some point in the near future.
