- Hey, everyone! Welcome back to my channel! It’s been three years since my last upload (LOL) but I kinda want to post more often now so here’s an unboxing video for a start. It’s my first time to do an unboxing video so please bear with me. Haha!
I bought the iPad and the pencil off of the Apple website. It took less than three weeks for the package to arrive from the day I placed the order, and also earlier than the expected date of arrival.
I saved up for months to buy these so I’m really thankful that I finally have them. ♥️ I hope you enjoy the video! I’ll try to upload more videos soon. 😅

✈️ How long did it take for your orders to arrive?
My orders arrived after 16 days from the day I placed my order. The expected date of arrival was one month after placing my order, but mine came way earlier. ☺️ Also, I didn’t pay for any additional fees (delivery, taxes, etc.).
🤔 Why the iPad mini?
I’m just really looking for a small iPad since I want to bring it with me when I go out (after covid 😭), and I have small bags that won’t fit the bigger iPads so this is the perfect size for me. ♥️

I had a 10th gen iPad th-cam.com/users/postUgkxUGaHtKW8MwCql2fPyIm9-ftTqSMzKFFA . Felt it getting pretty slow at times even after doing a reset. So I am using that as a tablet for my 5 year old son and got this 9th gen version. MUCH faster, a little slimmer, smaller bezels, all around a leap forward. Plus, for the price that’s about $130-$150 cheaper than a current new model this is a nice deal. I look forward to the M-series CPUs coming into iPads which will really help future proof these tablets better but these latest CPUs are pretty strong and should do better to last several years with no compromises.

@@JayneBeremasBrooks AliExpress and wish are actually really good for accessories. Plus if you watch some peoples unboxings they say where they got the items from or just looking up videos on youtube specifically for accessories unboxings.
When I went to the Philippines last year I was surprised there’s no official Apple store but official resellers in the mall! Super different vibe for sure, employees were very surprised if you are young and have a credit card to use to pay as it was a sign that you came from a wealthy background of some sort.
As a Filipino there is lots of official Apple stores but idk

I totally agree with you. :) I have an iPad Mini 5 (256GB like yours) too - that I mostly use for reading Kindle ebooks - and what I love the most is its portability, how it can easily fit inside my smaller bags/purses and backpacks.

I just got my iPad Mini (same color) with pencil as well 2 weeks ago. I think we are soulmates LOL
It's my first apple product, I am absolutely not an apple fan, but I wanted something I can use for a bit of digital painting (I normally paint with acrylic paint on canvas), and I wanted a big ebook reader that is good for displaying PDF files and so it was obvious for me I needed an 8" tablet. And the only really good 8" tablet right now is the iPad Mini

If you guys ever get a Apple Pencil case, dont get one for the tip of the pen, it will be extremely irritating and you will lose it in 2 seconds.
I agree! Haha! I always lose the silicone tip every time I use the pencil, but I’m also lucky enough to still find it. 😂
Which is why I bought a new case. I bought the same style as the one in video but in a blue color one.

I've owned the iPad Mini since April 2019 and it has become my favorite device. I also own the iPad Air 3. but the Mini is so easy to take with you wherever you go. Can't wait to see what the Mini 6 is going to look like.

Rickeded Hearing the sound of the plastics being removed is satisfying so I had to give them their own spotlight. Lol.
The keyboard works fine, it doesn’t disconnect or lag but I think you can buy better keyboards. I just decided to get this one since it looks clean and it’s cheaper. 😅

I bought an iPad 8 from the apple website recently and it's coming next month. I am so excited to get a setup similar to this. 😍 But I'll be using mine primarily for drawing. This is the first time I've seen an apple pencil sleeve, so maybe I'll get one of those for mine too.

I don’t reccomend using a case that holds the Apple Pencil like that, when you drop it all the force goes into the Apple Pencil, breaking the hollow/weak parts. Sorry for the bad explaination.
I recommend this case in my opinion. How did you know that ALL the force will go to the pencil? LOL. The force will affect what ever part of the object hits the ground first. 😂
