There’s not a whole lot of “romance” and it airs more on the side of bromance bc of the censorship in China but the love between the two is so evident (it’s beautiful). I heard the book has all the juicy stuff. Give it a try - the animation is superb and voice acting is great (there isn’t a Japanese dub for the show btw). Also, there’s a live action version if you are into that.

I really love "Banana Fish", best BL for me. If you love "Given", then I highly recommend "Sakamichi No Apollon" not BL, but the friendship of the main characters is BL for me. I am kind dissapointed with Spirit Pact, maybe I expect too much because many recommended it, I dont like the story and too many conflicts, the plot is a mess up.
