Ann Beretta- 924 Gilman, Berkeley Ca late 90s? xfer from 1st gen Soundboard cassette Lookout Records

This one was kinda funny- the tape was marked "Amber Inn" so I sent it over to Scott Torguson to check out, and he tells me it isn't them. It's Ann Beretta. I give it a listen and sure enough, the tape is mislabeled.
Not much info on the tape at all- just "Amber Inn Gilman", so if anyone has any info around the date, please let me know.
