Thanks very much for this video I manage to fix my gear box and saved lot of money over thousand Rands it was not washing making lot of noise after dismantling it I took all the components put them in a old pot filled it with boiling water , powder soap and degreaser boiled it for about an hour all dry grease came off and gears moved easy then I packed it with clean gease and also put small o ring on the shaft that enters gearbox below the plastic washer and spring to stop water getting inside the gearbox

You made a mistake when u cut the cover of the box u had to cut the edge in 08 standing line so it can reuse it

Proper safety precautions lo specially grinder se kaam karte samay-- tumhara tarika bahut risky hai- highly unsafe.
Gloves, safety goggles, face protector, Safety shoes, Guard on grinder wheel are must - bahut zaroori hai.
