All music and imagery is used under fair usage laws. We do not own the songs that we review and we talk all over them anyway, so we hope this encourages people to go out there and listen to the artists and buy official music and merchandise.

Tense, despairing, terror and dread are kind of the point of Doom Metal. 和嶋慎治's voice is probably lighter than most doom singers which I think helps the crossover appeal, along with their inability to take themselves seriously. The thing about this song is that its track one of 怪談 そして死とエロス I'm not sure its a single at all, it sets a tone for the album and works well in place, less well as a standalone.

The only band to have a monk, a ghost and Elvis playing together! :) I love these guys, been around for ages and always been putting out great musik! They are legends within the doom/stoner community!

I think the most likely explanation for the apparent use of stock footage is relatively simple, they didn't have a big budget but they did have big ideas. With their more recent videos you can see an improvement that would align with having more money to spend now that they are enjoying more success.

I think you're saying that it plays to the taste of their audience, maybe? It's in line with the others that you haven't enjoyed so much, which are all ones that I'm happy with :) I wouldn't say I'm 100% a metal guy, more a classic/hard rock sort.
This song refers to a Nostradamus prophecy I believe. It's been used in anime and stuff, so not too obscure for a Japanese audience, and it's something to do with the apocalypse presaged by the return of the 'Great King' who is supposedly Genghis Khan. Possibly meaning a modern day descendant, though that wouldn't narrow the field very much.

    Shivers! This is Excellent!
I watched some very old Ningen Isu live TV appearance (I do mean old because guitar player had a head full black hair) ...... So back then bass player sang most of lead vocals.
I'll say it. Fuck Metallica and their lawyers. :) #stillholdingagrudge2000

They've got a full-length video (40+ minutes) that was released on VHS in 1991. You can watch the whole thing on TH-cam.

The only problem is no one can hear you rock out in space.
