In Asia we call it swastik(while foreigners pronunce it swastika). Swastik is the symbol of peace, love and prosperity.

A child needs both mother and fathers love and if you see the west culture for example you can see the behaviors of boys and girls in west growing up due to lack of parents supervision and how they turn out to be as both of them have to be at work.
