Lawrence O'Donnell is simply the best not just on MSNBC but in the NEWS business. He speaks clearly and concisely and isn't afraid to speak truth to power. What I especially like isb how he calls out tRUMP nightly and calls him, ''The stupidest man in America.''

I'm sure~ as I know we all are~that nobody wants the supreme Court to come out like that with regard to "presidential immunity" Trump style, but if they do.... The President clearly has some meetings to call~ including family meetings. None of us would envy him that burden, utterly and completely unprecedented in the totality of American history. But when you're fighting for your country, you're fighting for the United States Constitution, the Bill of Right~even the upholding of the Emancipation Proclamation, God help us, and the Declaration of Independence... When the rule of law is threatened, even by the highest court in the land.... The president must exert executive privilege, carefully, fairly, wisely and with the most perfect possible protection of our precious Union at the forefront of it all..., the supreme protection of our constitutional republic with its democratic form of governance.... From all enemies foreign AND DOMESTIC.
One thing is clear~ Our President is never going to hand this country over to Donald Trump and his band of traitors.

The inept judge has to be removed, she is too dangerous to be in charge of such an important case. Why doesn't the justice department take this matter up with the federal circuit appeals court, how bad does a judge have to be, to be removed ?
Very bad, and unfortunately she hasn't reached that point yet. It's rare that once a judge is assigned to a case that they are replaced by another judge.
