When you want to use an image from google, always open the image in a new tab before saving, otherwise you are saving a thumbnail size image, hence your castle was pixelated, also, when doing so consider pixel size of the image. Similarly, with a monochromatic image like this castle, the simple setting is sufficient if not preferable.
This was the most simplex video I have watched, thank you for being direct and to the point, Not all that Jiber Jaber. I comprehended all of this after watching once. Thank you so much
Thanks for a good step by step video about how to print an uploaded image. I've been struggling with it. I've had my Maker for about 3 years but I never use it. I've decided to go for it and learn all about vinyl and other projects. I have PDF images that I've converted to JPEG but I was missing 2 steps that I learned in your video. The image printed perfectly. The only thing I have to remember is to have my printer set up for HIGH or BEST instead of draft. Otherwise, I won't need my Scan n Cut too. The Cricut Maker is going to basically do it all for me. No fussy cutting. Thanks again!
@@kimberlyvaughan2169 I've had it since either 18 or 19. I'm still learning. Now going to try cutting balsa. Vinyl has been fun but I still don't use it enough. The jpeg conversion is tricky and I must have my printer set to best print cuz it automatically prints.
You were awesome !! Your taught that like a pro and gave us beginners step by step and you went at a slow speed and I like that . And you made sure we could see exactly what you were doing and clicking on. I’m a newbie to Cricut so keep making these types of videos. Thx u so much, be Blessed and stay safe!
Thank you!!! You are amazing!! I just got a cricut for my birthday after years of wanting one and there has been such a learning curve. I really appreciate you sharing these tips!!
It doesn’t have it because all sports teams as well as Disney and universal are copyrighted so using them for personal use I believe is okay but you cannot sell them legally unless you obtain a license from them
I get my image then black box,i want a nfl eagle image but i think its because you have to get permission to use their images.i don't onow how to do that either.i wonder
I am trying to make some shirts for a scavenger hunt with the theme of Survivor (the show). Is there a way to get that established and ready for iron on using the cricut? I am new to this but not getting where I can.
Thank you for explaining this so well. However sometimes when I have the choice to cut file or print the cut, the cut file goes onto my canvas black? Does this mean that the file can not be dowlnnoaded , or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your time to explain this to me
thanks for the video!! I am fairly new to the Cricut world and I was wondering if you can upload a picture (its a fairly simple picture) with 3 different colors on it, and then layer the picture in design space so that it can be cut on different vinyl
I have an svg file, it doesn't give me the options of simple, moderatly complex, or complex. It just uploads it. And when I add to canvas it gives me the square and the image it's in to cut out. I can't get rid of the square. I just want the image cut out.
im having the same issue using my iphone and my chromebook laptop it does not give me the options it just takes me straight to cutting it out and its all black no color , have you figured it out ?
I’m really trying to covert from silhouette to circuit but see this is just so many steps.. with silhouette you don’t even have to save image from google just copy and paste click trace and it’s traced into a cut file boom... it’s gotta b a better way on cricut.. also those windows you couldn’t just detach and resize them? That’s another feature I’m trying to look for with cricut
I thank you for your help, but thought I was on a scavenger hunt listening for a secret clue! Not sure how this happened?? Didn't hear a clue from this?! TFS!👍💕
Hi can you please help me with this am having trouble all the images I upload from google to design space makes them print to cut and I just want to cut them with vinyl for cups etc . I don’t know what I am doing wrong

For a newbie I thank you for this!! I made a sailor moon vinyl for my cricut and it came out amazing!!!
Explained brilliantly. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much. As I’ve been struggling as a newbie.

Thank you this video was so very helpful to me!!!
Thank you so much for making this video as a new user of cricut this was a really big help!!!!!!!!!
Did you have to purchase that background remover feature??
Is this legal if you use a logo? Cricutts subscription doesn’t have images for sport teams and other brands.
It doesn’t have it because all sports teams as well as Disney and universal are copyrighted so using them for personal use I believe is okay but you cannot sell them legally unless you obtain a license from them
@@loveericka19 they have Disney pics though...
@@loveericka19 how do you get permission to use them for personal use not sell
oh my goodness I am so glad i found you! thank you!
I used Super Vectorizer Pro to convert any image to SVG for Cricut.
Thank you so much.. I was about to give up on this project but I found you... Thank you for going through the details. I really appreciate it
You are a LIFESAVER!!!
Thankyou so much now I can make a Betty white peice to hang up on my wall
What if I just want print only
I wonder if this method would work as a drawing design?
How do you upload to DS but not as a cut image. I just get a blank box or a print out cut x
I get my image then black box,i want a nfl eagle image but i think its because you have to get permission to use their images.i don't onow how to do that either.i wonder
Thank you, you made that seem so simple. I can hardly wait till morning!

No shouldn’t be that’s what I have !
thanks for the video!! I am fairly new to the Cricut world and I was wondering if you can upload a picture (its a fairly simple picture) with 3 different colors on it, and then layer the picture in design space so that it can be cut on different vinyl

When I’m doing this I don’t have that eraser on mine..?

Have you tried using contour to hide the square ? Do you know what type of file it is
@@loveericka19 yes I tried that already. It is a svg file.

When I go to “make it” my cricut tells me “This project is not suported by your current machine selection.” do you know how I can fix this?
Double check what size your image is, my friend had this same issue and her image was like 32 inches wide
Hi can you please help me with this am having trouble all the images I upload from google to design space makes them print to cut and I just want to cut them with vinyl for cups etc . I don’t know what I am doing wrong
If you fast forward the video to 5:27 you will see how it gives you two screens print and cut or just cut make sure you click cut
Ericka Marie I got that part but for some imagines they go all black and no outline or faces etc to layer
Maria Gutierrez Me too. I’m really struggling with converting to an svg to cut. Making me crazy!
What is the difference between print then cut image and cut image ?
You are AMAZING thank you!!!!
Omg! I just wanna thank you so much for this video. This definitely helped me out.
👏 Thank you! You explained it really well.
What kind of computer do yhu have
Mac book pro!
That dog in the background mad me laugh
Do you have to mirror the image at all?
only if you are going to iron it onto a shirt. but if you want it as a sticker then you won't have to. Hope this Helps!!
Thank you thank ya so so very much god bless you
Thank you I enjoyed the video, you made it look easy, I thought you had to have an SVG file in order to work with cricut.
