It's funny. It started as Face Cole vs Heel MJF, then they became Better Than You Bay Bay, then an injured Cole turns on MJF, Cole created Undisputed Kingdom, he's for a year, then Adam Cole comes back as a babyface to fight a heel MJF.
MOST wrestler, when coming back from injury, come out as a face for the pop; how long it lasts depends on the person

Michael Cole looks bigger than Adam Cole
This still makes no sense. There is no way Adam can be a babyface after what he did at Worlds End and AEW shouldn'tbe trying to push him as one either. Hell Adam's promo came off like he was more a bully and extremely evil because despite all of MJF's shortcomings, he still cared about Adam. He still kept defending the ROH titles when he didn't have too. He still put himself on the line for Adam and in the crossfire when it came to him. Roddy, The Kingdom and Wardlow were all evil for what they did because it was literally evil lol
There is no scenario where Adam gets to have "vengeance " on MJF. That is ass backwards and asinine. There is no amount of gaslighting that's gonna make that, make sense. And he may not realized it but this is diminishing MJF for even going along with this as if he is still saying he is gonna deny Cole his vengeance. I already cannot take his character as seriously as I once did and the whole point of MJF is that you have to buy into his motivations and that everything he does has a reason to it.
AEW has no continuity.

Not a very good promo from either wrestler, truly don't understand what is going on with the script writing at AEW. I really hope that they do something great with the Hurt Syndicate. Apparently it must be time for this wrestling brand to start mimicking others and creating these super dominant teams if only to improve your pay-per-views and weekly showcases
