This is based on a 2009 paper that saw a decrease in osteoporotic fractures after supplementing 10 micrograms of vitamin D and 1000 micrograms of calcium. The most recent evidence base does not support this claim (US Preventive Services Task Force 2018). So basically part 1:04 through 1:14 can be ignored.
