Hey, happy snow day :) Could you tell me how you got into powerlifting? Did you have a PT at the beginning? I am really interested in getting into powerlifting, but am not really sure where to start. PTs are so expensive here.
What’s confusing about powerlifting and why would you need a PT? Just start with a low weight so you can work on your form and once you’re comfortable just increase the weight overtime
@@alexha2884 I wouldn’t downplay the use of a PT. You can only go so far without a coach, and things can go really, really bad if you don’t get proper form down
