- Our first perennial shipment of the season arrived! It is always fun to see the baby plants and know that within a few short weeks they will be putting on a lot of growth and be ready to ship to your door.

Fascinating! So much work. It’s great for us gardeners to appreciate what goes on behind the scenes
It’s a lot of work but so worth it.
Excellent video Heidi. Who knew how much work goes into bringing us those beautiful plants!
A lot of hard work goes into each plant. We are grateful for our hard working team.
This type of video is so interesting. 😊
I am glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching
❤
Hi Heidi, this was such a fun and interesting video. Had no idea all the work that goes into this. Thanks so much!
Thanks for watching. Many people have been liking these behind the scenes videos.
Awesome. So many different things y'all have to do to gets these beautiful flowers. Thank you for sharing this with us Heidi ❤
I’m glad you enjoyed the peek behind the scenes!
I really appreciate GC going all in on the eco pots this year. Yes they are more brittle, but I’d rather that than a single use plastic pot that will still be here long after I’m gone! I also appreciate you not going with a lightweight moss type planting medium, I’ve had more plants arrive waterlogged and dead with that, vs the soil GC uses. I’m counting the days for zone 10 to ship, your videos help me stay sane through these short wet days of winter. 😊
Thank you for the kind words! We appreciate the support.
Soooo interesting & so cute little plugs 😊 stay warm. Cheers your Canadian gal
They are so cute, aren't they? Crazy how much they grow
Love those new pots!,
Thank you.
I cloned this lavender Christmas tree that I had purchased at a grocery store, and although I was able to make quite a few successful babies, I was a little disappointed when I found out that the lavender did not flower. Even so, I have some beautiful landscape specimens in my garden thanks to my experiment.
So interesting ❤
Very cool, I love these kinds of videos
I’m getting excited for spring! Thank you for sharing the process!
Heidi, I am new to your channel but I know you from probably Janey. This was really fun to see the process from plug to eventual sale. I’ve seen it from a different supplier but yours was much more detailed. Thanks to all the hard workers on your team for making these plants available to all of us. Especially here in North TX. We get some PW at certain garden centers, but not nearly enough. Will order soon!
Thank you for subbing. Janey is so great! We look forward to being a part of your garden.
This is Heidi 🌺. I am so excited for you because of your amazing care for these little plants in the green houses . You have an excellent team. Have a wonderful day .🌺🌻🌺

My retirement dream job❤️🌺🌷🌻🌼
That's what they all say😁 and then they realize this is hard work.
@@gardencrossings sign me up. Hard work never hurt anyone 😉I drive across the state just to buy from you. I’ll just stay 😉
We would love to have you. 😁 And the employee discount isn't too bad either.
Wow looks like a fun and happy working environment. Thanks for sharing. ❤
It’s a fun place to be!
My favorite type of videos🤗baby plants.
Oh my gosh that’s a beautiful sight!!!!
That is a very interesting video! You don't ship to Canada but still love seeing the process of how the plants are brought in, cared for, and sent out.
Thank you! I hope you enjoyed the peek behind the scenes. It shows you want your growers may be doing as well. Lots of work
What an amazing business you have, Heidi! I'm planning on heading your way again this spring. Blessings to you!❤
Thank you so much! I hope to see you then.
Thanks for sharing ❤
I’m glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching
Quite an operation! Would it be safer to have the workers wearing face masks to prevent inhalation of potting soil particles?
They have the option. They do not want to wear masks.
Do these plants need to be hardened off by us before planting in our garden since they've been living in the green house?
It depends on where you live. If you are a warmer climate I would say yes. If you are a cooler climate, no they will have been harden off by the time they ship.
