Is there a way to bypass the reset button to determine if it is actually bad? It feels as if it is a little bit out but it doesn’t go in any further. The quad will not do anything as if the battery is non-existent which I already replaced and I have 12v per meter. Light will come on. I just don’t want to throw parts at it.
check magneto. I had the same issue with one of my lt 80s and that was the issue. if you replaced the coil and spark plug that's about all there is left to check other than a faulty kill switch.
could be a number of things. 1. the battery was hooked up wrong 2. wires shorted out 3. it tripped when the rat chewed through the wires and I had to splice them back together. it acts more like a fuse to keep parts like your ECU from being fried after you try jumping wires or after you accidentally hooked something up wrong.

Do you have any videos of which fuel lines go from petcock and where the hoses hook up to the carb?

Reset button? Why was that tripped? Sounds like there is still an issue.
