Excellent shooting from both archers. As someone who has only started archery last year, I aspire to one day stand where these amazing archers stand and compete. But that won't be any time soon, as I've only just passed my 40 yards progression shoot and I'm not happy with my grouping at 40 currently, so I'm not yet ready to start shooting at 50. I've watched so many of these videos, and whilst it's the expectancy of these archers to hit 9s and 10s, I can greatly appreciate how difficult it is to group gold at 70m.
Wouldn’t be surprised if Ms Barbelin goes around introducing herself as the de facto Worlds silver medalist, as the only person who pushed the Champion to the edge; perfect display of the reason I hate the current single elimination tournament.
Barbelin is not emotional or dramatic. She’s fierce 🔥. The sport psychology of aggression associated with the tasked motor skill is a proven method. It works very well for many athletes. Barbelin is one of those 👍

I love Korean archery but I'm looking forward to seeing Barbelin more.
Me too, I always found myself supporting the Korean archers....then I discovered Lisa, she's a great archer to watch and always up for the challenge.
