You had me at “crochet a hexagon cardigan using moss stitch”. I was just thinking about this yesterday while playing around with the moss stitch and how beautiful it would look. Definitely want to give this a try.
@@CraftyTurtleokay so I decided I’m going to make this for my nephew who is about to make his earth side appearance. For the arm cuffs, did you decrease at all? I like how it looks tighter than the arm but still with stretch.. is that just a result of the front post and back post double crochet?
@@crescentmu actually I did decrease a bit. I didn't describe it in the video but I started halfway thru decreasing about every 9 then a row no decrease, then decrease every 8, and so on till it was the length I wanted while accounting for the cuff too.
I so appreciate that you are giving your time and effort and sharing this pattern. I love the color of your yarn. I am going to use a varigated yarn to save on yarn color change.

It’s so adorable.
Thank you! 🤗
Did you do an extension on tbe back adding rows of moss in-between before connecting?😊
Thanks for the question. No I didn't do an extension to it. I did the two panels then joined them before working the hems.
What yarn is that????? The color is beautiful
H it's I love this yarn "moody mosaic" color. You can find it on hobby lobby's website.
@@CraftyTurtle thank you 💕 💜

@@CraftyTurtle subscribed. Thank you.
How much yarn do you need for a finished product?
For a toddler I used 1 skein of the mosaic and two of the black.
@@CraftyTurtle If I used 4 skeins would that be enough for an adult?
@@debbiespain7245 I would try minimum a total of 4 skeins for a medium size woman. But I'd probably buy 5 just in case!
@@CraftyTurtle Thank you for your help. 🤗
Today I discovered I acrually didn't know what an hexagon was.
👍I hope you enjoyed the video!
Use lighter color yarn when giving tutorials
Yes I will. Here's a shorter tutorial on how to do the stitch that I made with lighter yarn. th-cam.com/video/RBJivNCPf2M/w-d-xo.html
