How can the emissions can be sold by the countries?

    • @SleepyClassesIAS
      @SleepyClassesIAS  7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

Ankita Tiwari The process involved is of emissions trading.
Annex I Parties to the Kyoto Protocol with emission limitation and reduction commitments prescribed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol may participate in emission trading.
The units which may be transferred under emissions trading, each equal to one metric tonne of emissions (in CO2-equivalent terms), may be in the form of:
An assigned amount unit (AAU) issued by an Annex I Party on the basis of its assigned amount.
A removal unit (RMU) issued by an Annex I Party on the basis of land use, land-use change and forestry (LULUCF) activities under Articles 3.3 and 3.4 of the Kyoto Protocol
An emission reduction unit (ERU) generated by a joint implementation project under Article 6 of the Kyoto Protocol.
A certified emission reduction (CER) generated from a clean development mechanism project activity under Article 12 of the Kyoto Protocol.
Transfers and acquisitions of these units are to be tracked and recorded through the registry systems under the Kyoto Protocol. These include a national registry to be established and maintained by each Annex l party.Parties may also authorize legal entities (e.g. businesses, non-governmental organizations and other entities) to participate, under their responsibility, in emissions trading.
Hope it clears your doubt but again I'd suggest not to go into such details. :)

    To,
    The IITM
    Respected Sir,
    Innovation & Discovery
Subject: - A team in Discovery & Innovation for cloud formation rain fall & Climate can change from ground. The team is from Hyderabad &Vishakapatnam.
    1. Acute Rainfall Deficit in Several States of India
    2. Possible Solution for Creating Rain in Drought Ridden Areas
    3. Revolutionary Technology that Could Change India’s Destiny
India is suffering from a massive deficit in rainfall, causing losses of agriculture, and losses of hundreds of lives of poor farmers committing suicides throughout our country. Reservoirs in several states this year have already reached dead storage level which will also result in severe fall in hydro electricity generation, causing even industrial output to come to a standstill. Artificial rainfall inducing methods through cloud seeding which we know. A team developed indigenous formula with the help of natural herbal pulp which is three years process.
We believe that the government must look at alternative solutions where certain either to unknown technologies can be explored to overcome this grim situation. Here therefore we would like to offer our survey, observation and experiment based solutions to create rain where every effort. With observations and surveys over 26 years we have gathered sufficient data and knowledge through which we strongly believe we can produce unfailing rains in areas spread over hundreds of square kilometers.
Our experiments have shown us that the microphysical processes involved in the formation of weather can be suitably altered to increase atmospheric precipitation in the lower levels of the troposphere causing formation of Stratus and Cumulus clouds which could further progress and develop to Nimbostratus clouds yielding heavy rain over vast areas running into hundreds of square kilometers. Through our experiments of over 26 years we believe we now have the technology to create rain causing clouds. During our initial observation a team of our people spent extensive periods of time to identify what caused rain clouds, over regions of Coonoor, Mysore and certain hills of Rayalaseema region in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. We have concluded in years of observation that clouds have been forming mostly over specific types of trees translating into rain.
We have discovered that certain types of vegetation have immense powers of gathering humidity and causing condensation to form rain bearing clouds. This became the basis of our experiments and hence to establish to the world the rain causing potent of these trees, we have created a biological amalgamation using a base of these ingredients. This blend which we have created, when exposed to sunlight for a few days over certain spots, at certain heights, has a tremendous effect in creating clouds allowing them to precipitate into rainfall. . We have also developed several methodologies through which rain clouds can also be moved to a few hundred kilometers from one area to another where there is a serious deficit. There are comprehensive technicalities involved in the entire process to explain. However we will be able to physically demonstrate the same with requisite machinery and our trained teams. While we admit that we ourselves do not fully understand the science these processes, we are yet able to produce rain successfully through our experiments.
Our claims of creating this revolutionary mechanism have been laughed at, since this whole process has the potency to change weather and therefore the world itself. However we affirm that our experiments have produced positive results and have strengthened our determination. We have thence strongly resolved to demonstrate this technology to the world now.
We therefore request your discerning self to give us an opportunity where we can give you a demonstration and establish that this technology is feasible. In order to organize the infrastructure and the setup of the entire process, we need a detailed, tools, ingredients and a team of about 150 personnel and also a time frame of a fortnight to a month for the entire process to yield positive results. Governments discovery on research and surveys as part of experimentation, and even today spend encouraging We now request your eminent and noble self to render us this miniscule support as part of a scientific experiment and help us successfully conduct this revolutionary demonstration that has several development based rain formations to our country and could make India the focal point of the entire world.
We believe that your percipient self will look at our proposal with an open mind and render us an opportunity to contribute to science. We believe that with your support to this endeavor, India shall yet again witness great prosperity that has historically been our pride.
India is suffering from a massive deficit in rain fall, causing losses of agriculture and losses of thousands of lives of poor formers committing suicide’s throughout country.
So in this reason we decided to help our country, through formation Rain fall. It is purely India (Bharat) Technology. It will be helpful for the world.
    Vision:-
    1) The main objective of Megha Varshini team is to evolve effective Natural base technology for climate can change, cloud formation and rain fall.
    2) To protect mankind.
    3) To evolve base technology to protect Natural Harmony.
    4) To protect environment and to control drought conditions.
    5) To raise water resources and water levels
    Mission:-
    1) Providing solutions to the problems like drought and water scarcity.
    2) Climate Control.
    3) Protect natural harmony.
    4) Solutions for Global warming.
We have done many trails to succeed from past 2 years & our team is ready to do demo trails. near to hyderabad village karthal on 10 april 2019 to may 5 2019 all are welcome .
    Thankyou
