Kanan Jarus, Anakin's student, would make Anakin a better person and balanced Jedi, and the two would have a great bond. But Kanan dying really hits me hard, but at least he was given respect and recognition for his actions, and I'm glad his death didn't cause Anakin to go over the edge. This is a great video, Mr. Pente Patrol; keep up the excellent job, and may the force be with you!
If Rebels happened this time, Ezra is going to be a lot more powerful and Kanan would be a lot more attuned with the Force.
Actually Events would probably play out where Tano would become Ezra’s master instead of Kanaan Kanaan would probably play the rule of Fulcrum instead of being part of the crew

This was a cool story, I have a bad habit of trying to figure out where the story is going, so I think I miss a lot of things in the story rather than just listening and enjoying the story. Normally I pick up on things and my brain starts trying to figure out what is coming next and that causes me to pick these stories apart, I couldn't do any of than and found the story more enjoyable. These stories are just possible outcomes of seemingly small changes, so they can't be discounted, but they open doors for us to envision other outcomes, and that is cool.
Its literally the epitome of “what if” .. the entire time. Ya know? Its awesome . I do the same as you though and branch off with my own what ifs, based off the initial video subject or partway through and then go my own route. I find myself rewinding 2 min here and there to listen to what i missed lol its a good thing though, we have an imagination !!😊

This was great! One small note, you said early on in the video that Plo Koon died after the Malevolence destroyed his fleet but then later on you said he went with Windu after grevious. Just a small thing but I figured I’d point it out. Anyway that was a really good video. Hope to see more

If Anakin had named the children the boy would be named Jinn. I heard somewhere that Anakin had wanted to name his son Jinn after Qui-gon Jinn, who had saved him from Slavery, and the girl would be Shmi, after Anakin's mother.
I think Padme did not name Leia Shmi as she knew she would be hidden.

So, does that mean you'll be doing a "what if Anakin trained Cal Cestus?"
And then later, what if Obi-wan actually killed Maul on Naboo?
Good idea for Anakin/Cal Cestus;" though chronologically I think Cal qualified to be a padawan 1.5 or 2 years into the Clone Wars; at a point where Ashoka would have been assigned to Anakin already. The Disnay version of the Clone Wars timeline is so convoluted, squeezing everything in the show to with a 3.5 year window. The only Legends continuity, individual events, battles, and more could be identified down to the week, even with multiple storylines together.
As for Kenobi sincerely killing Maul, that did occur in Legends, where Maul stayed dead; the closest thing to Maul resurfacing was as a holo-phantom projector on Irodonia whom Luke Skywalker deal with, linked to Darth Maul's brain.
Or a Sith-alchemy clone Darth Vader dueled with. So an answer to the latter "What if," kind of already exists.
@@geoffreyedgson7875 Cal was already a Padawan assigned to Jaro Tapal in the beginning of the clone wars. He was referenced in the Mike Chen starwars brotherhood book.

Cal was already assigned to Jaro Tapal by the jedi council.
Thanks. However, using Legends continuity I'm afraid your reference supports my dispute. Disney Anakin was promoted early in the Clone Wars, which would make the statement "newly Knight," make greater sense.
In the Legend continuity, Anakin remained a Padawan after Geonosis, and was still a Padawan during the Battle of Jabiim, when he first met Asajj Ventress, during the Cestus Deception, and investigating Cortosis Batteldroids in year 21 BBY.
In the "New Essential Chronology" published pe-Disney takeover, Anakin was only made a Jedi Kngiht at age 22, in 19BBY, specifically 2 years, 6 months post-Battle of Geonosis.
Then, 6 months later, he slaughtered 1/2 the Jedi Order literally over night.....
Not one of the Old COuncil's best decisions.
Yet, if he encountered Cal at the opening of the CLone Wars, "Newly Knighted," doesn't fit, and neither do Legend continuity events with storylines which involve Ca lCestus.

@@geoffreyedgson7875 I'm also a legends fan myself so I'm well aware but given that this is in Disney's timeline which I assume is what he's going with Anakin was knighted as early as after the battle of Geonosis.
Going off of the legends continuity and we're looking to add Kestis they he'd become a padawan 6 months before the Clone wars conflict ends. It would make more sense given his inability to use basic telekinesis (I'm pretty sure he was just teaching him how to use the force combatively as opposed to the basic otherwise he'd have ended up in the agri-corps or kicked out) since he was taught those basics under Jaro Tapal's guidence if he was in the legends continuity (I know I'm bringing Disney's filth into the prestine legends continuity).
If this were the legends continuity Ahsoka wouldn't even exist (wouldn't have a problem with that honestly) as Anakin never even had a padawan.
I'm aware that Anakin only encountered Dooku twice the first on Geonosis and second on the invisible hand during the battle of Corusant (I can count the old ps2 clone wars game where they had brief clash). Kenobi only fought Grievous once on Utapau as opposed to their many encounters.
Adi gallia was killed by Savage and not Grievous on hypory (I butchered the name) Depa Billaba never had a padawan either etc.
If they were going to make Cal his padawan then it would only last for 6 month and he'd be killed by newly anointed Darth Vader. That's why I like Kestis' story he's largely far removed from the events of the main saga.

What if Obi-wan starts to train luke at 15 years of age. Star wars a new hope is canonicaly 95% correct with only minor deviation. The empire strikes back is 85% canonical with minor to some moderate deviation. The return of the jedi is 65% canonical with moderate to major deviation.

I am under the impression that Caleb was 14 when Order 66 happened in canon, so Caleb in this is probably only 11 when Anakin first takes him as his student, as he is 3 years younger than Ahsoka (17 at Order 66, 14 at the start of the war). I think this would help Anakin see himself more in Caleb, since Anakin first became a Padawan as a pre-teen as well.
The idea that "Kanan" has a meaning in Dai Bendu is something I saw in a fanfic as well. The fic was a time-travel fix-it where all of the Ghost crew wake up in the latter Clone wars. This may be a bit liberal with ages of Ezra and Sabine, as it cast both of them as young toddlers. This is a key because all Ezra could reliably say was "Kanan". The meaning given to it in that fic was "Runner", implying that Caleb assumed it as his name because he was on the run. In other events in the story, Caleb gets sent to Ryloth and in a fight he got into he got a sniper covering him in the form of Hera, both Ursa Wren and the Bridgers went to Coruscant about their children, with the story actually casting Miriam Bridger as being a Dume, Caleb's elder sister, and their family named after the White Loth-Wolf, Dume. The best informer is when Garazeb gets to the Temple, as he is already an adult.
And in all that, the chips were never found. I would however presume at some point a problem arises with another faulty chip that brings it up, and thus the Clones have that as a standing medical issue to be addressed, and maybe once everything was over with the war, Clone Rights could be issued without being blocked, so they were not forced back to Kamino for treatment, so other medical facilities took care of it without killing the Clones.
