Everyone has always loved PRX, but this game was a perfect example of why I find them kinda boring tbh.. feels like some teams just figure them out completely and they literally cannot adapt midmatch if teams just wait them out in default. like JessieVash & TS does it to them everytime, Ange1 & Navi did it, and now Art & DFM... They play fast but it seems really 1 dimensional at times. If they can't get you on the back foot by just fast execing onto a site everytime they just have no answers in how to play another way if their usual playstyle doesn't work.. as much as PRX has basically star level players in every role.. I just don't think this run n gun playstyle is ever going to be consistently winning them tournaments. They always get pretty far but I think it's more on star power alone rather than strategy.. at some point they need a deeper strat than just set 5 man execs or 4 - 1 execs
Good on DFM tho! Happy to see them having some success and building a decent team around meiy so it's not just "meiy and friends" anymore.. altho meiy is obviously still the standout, just like many stars on many teams, but at least he's got some ppl he can trust to finish the round behind him
