    알끈에 대해 조금 추가해보자면
    달걀은 난자-> 농후난백(흰자의 두툼한부분) ->묽은 난백(흰자의 물같은 바깥부분) -> 난각막 -> 난각 으로 구성되어지면서 수란관을 통과하는데
    알끈은 노란자(난자)가 수란관을 지나면서 농후난백이 생성될 때 회전을 하며 꼬여서 생깁니다 (이상 전공자의 조촐한 지식첨부입니당^^..)

    어릴 때부터 항상 자주 보았고 흔한 계란에 이러한 구조들이 숨어 있을 줄은 몰랐네요. 어릴 때는 모든 호기심 있게 봤고 즐거웠던 것 같은데 지금은 그 때의 즐거움을 잊어버렸던 것 같습니다. 앞으로는 다양한 사물들을 깊이 있게 봐봐야겠네요. 좋은 영상 감사합니다.

    당연히 노른자가 병아리가 될 거라고 생각했는데 그게 아니었단 점이 의외였습니다. 병아리는 노른자 안의 배반이라는 것에서 되는 것이고 그걸 감싸고 있는 노른자는 영양분이었군요. 왜 노른자가 영양분이 풍부한지 알게 되었습니다. 그리고 계란을 깼을 때 항상 흰 덩어리는 제거했었는데 단백질이라고 하니 이제 제거하지 않아도 되겠군요. ㅎㅎㅎ 달걀 해부를 통해 달걀에 대한 지식이 늘었네요. 감사합니다~

      저거 시간조절 잘하면 흰자랑 노란자가 바뀌게할수도있음
      겉에는 노란색 안에는 흰색

      @@ddki5838 노른자가 흰자보다 밀도가 높아서 나타나는 현상이기 때문에 시간조절이라기보단 그냥 더 오래하면 노른자와 흰자의 위치가 바뀜

    별거아니라고 생각할수있지만 저한텐 너무 유익한정보네요 항상 계란후라이 하면서 붉은막제거하거 흰색덩어리제거하고 먹었는데
    이게 왜 있는지 몰랐고 신선하지 않아서 그런가 생각했는데 먹어도 된다니 앞으로 그냥 제거안하고 먹어야겠네요 ㅋㅋㅋ
