Let him reduced his meals to once a day! And the meal should be mostly salad, fruits vegetables, fruit salad or even our local vegetables. Let him get register at a gym and work on a treadmill a, or if he can't get a gym around and he cannot afford mills himself, let him make it a point of duty to get a stadium around and work round it ten times continuously....it is a wise idea if he also get a skipping rope around and start jumping. He must run away totally from any carbohydrate food now... By the time he will do these religiously for four months he will not only be physically changed and looks better, but he himself will feel healthier!
