North Carolina WR Devontez Walker
Junior 6’3 200 lbs
North Carolina WR Devontez Walker transferred from Kent State & it took time for him to be eligible to play, but when he did he immediately made an impact. QB Drake Maye & Tez built chemistry quickly. In just 8 games, Tez Walker caught 41 passes with 699 yards & 7 TDs. He almost led the team in all three categories, which shows you how good he really is.

@@meatboy2374 yeah he has great accuracy. He can definitely make recievers look better like cj stroud did with nico collins. This receiver won’t be very good without an elite qb imo
@@JaFeelMeBromy guy a lot of WRs won’t be good or pan out without great QB play and Nico Collins actually always had potential to be a WR1 or WR2 it just took for him to get the playing time and targets to actually show he’s a difference maker

He has by far the lowest grade vs man coverage of any WR that will be drafted in May. Also, he catches with his body more than he catches with his hands, and as a result has a high drop rate.
Agree and his balance is HORRIBLE. How many of these deep shots did he catch then stumble out of bounds when he had room and wasn’t touched? 3rd rounder at best
I think he's going to be a steal in the draft.

This guy is tough for me to really evaluate based off of this. Most of his big plays, he isn’t really even being challenged by good corner play. Theres a couple in here where he actually does and the corner is right in his hip pocket, so maybe separation issues by lack out route ability or speed perhaps. But because of that he was able to show great contested catch ability.
