If you are going from Hyderabad then take Mumbai Highway and after crossing the Naldurg fort you need to take a right for Aurangabad.. there is a single lane road for 30 kms post that you get a 4 lane highway.. after crossing Aurangabad (no need to enter in the city just keep following this highway) you will see am exit for Samruddhi Mahamarg (Nagpur Mumbai Highway).. take this highway and after 70 kms you will get an exit for Shirdi.. Couldn't find exact route on maps.. but once you take right after Naldurg fort google maps should start showing the correct route. It should take you approx 9 hours till Shirdi with this route.
