Have you ever had bamboo borer infestation, if so, how do you treat it? I'm in the UK and swear I have an infestation in a plant I recently purchased from a nursery :( I really would like to rescue the plant if at all possible.

Sorry, no. We do have problems with termites here, but they only seem interested in eating the dead bamboo.
